Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
They don't just educate highschoolers but they motivate, improve and help them become better people. They teach students diffrent subjects like art, math, history, physics and so on. These don't just help students get into college but find out what kind of a job they want to get in the future. Their behaviour and lessons are also an example to younger students of Karakura highschool. Teachers also help keep order in school and ensure safety while trying to do their job as a teacher which is not always easy as students in Karakura can be very troublesome and cause a lot of trouble that teachers have to deal with they help ensure safety of the students in Karakura highschool. Sometimes they have to attend detention to make sure the troublesome teachers have to do tasks which they earned with they troublesome behaviour. They are an essential part of society without them there would be no lawyers, judges, reporters, doctors and so on. It's also important that good teachers are picked for their jobs as they are responsible for the students eductation, security and wellbeing in school the better the teachers the better and higher the quality of the school. If the teachers have a good reputation the school will also have a good reputation. They lay the foundation for Lawyers, Officers, Doctors, Governers, Judges, Reporters and so many other important jobs. Its very important that motivated, creative, and passionate teachers are hired because they make studying easier, more enjoyable and better for students. Teachers have to host classes which are not easy aswell since students tend to cause trouble in them and they have to keep order and go through with their lesson which can be hard. They also give out homework to students which they have to later grade. Without classes college would be near impossible to get into. Since the majority of the playebase is in highschool that means that teachers roleplay with majority of the playerbase which breathes life i Karakura highschool and an actual purpose to the school. From my personal experience I can say some teachers lessons have made me more motivated to play SchoolRP and apply for the position of teacher. I have always admired how they have been able to keep order in very stressful and dangerous situations for example when I got into a big brawl at school were 6 students engaged in a fight and 1 teacher was singlehandedly able to defuse the situation and give out fair punishments to everyone involved. That geniuenly left me impressed.

What's your character's full name?:
Wolfram K-Jäger

What is your character's nationality?:
German
What is your preferred subject to teach?:
History
Describe your character:
Wolfram Jäger will give off an overconfident vibe, either by flexing his knowledge, clothing or achievements. He carries himself with pride and glory, believing himself to be more competant that others around him when it comes to history and clothing. Behind all that overconfidence and ego is still a man who wishes to be the best co-worker that he possibly can to his colleagues and students. Wolfram enjoys competition with others especially with people who are way smarter than him. He wears old suits and coats to boost his image as a smart historian and a smart guy. He also likes to try on clothing from other cultures such as kimonos, kilts, and so on still aiming for a formal and a serious look. Formal clothing is very important to him and he does not fear calling out others for their messy or dirty clothes. His frame would be tall and slender while his head would be covered by blonde hair, his face decorated with with hazel eyes, freckles and eyebags under his eyes and his hair a little messy but never greasy. Wolfram sometimes stays up late into the night to study certain historical events, wars or people. His voice is filled with confidence and good mood often attempting to inspire others to compete with him in various activities. He enjoy's talking about what he learnt about history during his nightly studies to the people that surround him every day. When Wolfram's not talking about his history studies he will often talk about his ambitions and goals in life. He loves to dream about reaching high positions in life. Wolfram has big plans of becoming a full time historian at a goverment agency in Tokyo Japan and hopefully when the time is right to eventually move his whole family there. Wolfram gets along with kids well and doesn't really have any problems with teaching and scolding them. He is not afraid to call out others for rude and bad behaviour even standing up to people when the odds are not in his favour.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
He sees co-workers as competition and tries to 1 up them in a respectful but a competative way. He is ready to help anyone who needs it with either history related stuff or real world stuff. He tries to keep his ego and competative nature in check, trying to be a likeable person. Sometimes his competitive nature gets ahead of himself though, which might change peoples opinions about him. Wolfram is more kind to students who respect him and are willing to learn, he speaks to them in a softer tone and feels proud of them when they answer his questions. Students who don't behave well get on his nerves but thankfully he can hold himself back and will only punish the student after multiple verbal warnings. He has a neutral opinion on every student and only decides to treat them how they treat him first.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
Wolfram's intrest in history peaked after reading a history book about the Napoleonic wars. He found the Napoleonic wars fascinating especially Napoleon and how he won battles while he was outnumberd and in difficult scenarios. As a child he would often share stories he read or watched on tv. During basic school in his hometown everyone got an impression that he is a nerdy history fan but still enjoyed hearing his stories and they way he told them with his fascinated voice and wavy hand gestures. During Gymnasium he had no problems in history. He enjoyed learning history and it made it easy for him to memorize dates, events, people and wars. Often his classmates came to him and asked for help with their tests or homeworks. This eventually lead him to start considering a career in history. He started to help out his history teacher with teaching and a few times was able to give a history lesson to all the students in his grade all by himself. His family, teacher and friends encouraged him to go on and seek a career in history. He went to study history at an university in Berlin. Things in univeristy were not much diffrent as similar results were seen with him not struggling at all except the time he had to learn the systems of the French revolution which were a little bit complicated and hard for him to remember and explain in the exams. He got past this by staying up all night and explaining it to his dog Tucker. This process helped him memorize and do well on the exams.
After graduating from university it was finally time to become a history teacher and luckily for Wolfram he just got an oppurtunity. He attempted to get a job as a high school history teacher in a high school in München Germany but failed since somebody got that position before him. Having lost the opportunity he had to move to a smaller town near München called Dachau where he also applied to be a history teacher at a high school. Wolfram was able to get an interview but before the interview as he was getting his morning coffee like he usually does he accidentally spilled the coffee on his shirt. He didn't have the time to go home and change his shirt and was not able to hide the stain so he had to take it and go to the interview with the stained shirt. When he finally got to the school to meet the principle for his job interview he found out that he left most of his stuff at the cafe which ment he could not show his degree, exam results and his qualifications to the principle. This messy and unorganized look made the principle not hire him and he lost out on yet another opportunity. His luck turned when he heard that his cousin was moving to a small place in Japan called Karakura which peeked his intrest. At that time he did not know Japanese or nor had been in Japan but moving to a new place with his cousin seemed intresting and motivating to him. Before he moved he decided to start learning Japanese with his cousin. With both of them learning eagerly it was not too difficult and eventually they got pretty good at it. Now having learn't Japanese in practise they decided to test it out and finally moved to Karakura. He was able to improve his Japanese here and eventually he heard how Karakura highschool was looking for a history teacher. A grin formed on his face as he finally decided to apply for history teacher in Karakura.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Wolfram would quickly walk towards the persons table and ask exactly what part they don't understand. He would attempt to speak slowly and surely to make sure that he is explaining the topic in the most simple terms possible. If that doesn't help Wolfram has a trick up his sleeve he will try to use a modern example. A similar tactic he might use is to use a silly-goofy example like use a video game example to expalin a complicated ideology or use slang words to explain a complicated term. He also carries some snacks with him to reward the student and motivate them. Compliments help aswell!
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
He would walk up to the student, talk to them in a calm voice and explain how they are disturbing the class. If they continue he will walk up to them, talk to them but this time in a more serious tone and tell the student if they keep doing what they are doing, there are gonna be consequences. This should hopefully convince the student to improve their behaviour and hopefully take him seriously. If the student still doesn't listen he will give them detention and if that doesn't work kick them out of the class to stop them from disturbing other students.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Since history is a yap yap subject Wolfram has made some plans to make it a little more creative and to stop the students from falling asleep on their desks while he talks about history
1. The Game is called "Historical roleplay" where he will give out roles to students and give them a simple scenario to recreate with their given roles. If the students need help he will give them hints and tips how to roleplay their part. For example some scenarios he can recreate with students would be events like: treaty of Paris- students roleplay as diffrent nations trying to get as much land and resources for their chosen nation as possible, a medieval knighting ceremony, crowning of Karl the great- everyone trying to recreate it as close to the real thing as possible.
2. Guess the historical figure is simple enough. Wolfram will give clues about a historical character that he has recently been talking about in class the the student who guesses it gets a reward. He will aim to give 5 clues before revealing the person he was thinking about. Rewards include candy, snacks or a sticker!
