ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I was fishing and when my inventory was filled I had accidentally tossed it out of my inventory, When I went looking for it (which was almost instantly) it had despawned in the water. The glitched item in my chest has been disposed of already, I just hadn't gotten rid of it at that point.
