Jason's favorite memory has to be his first date with his girlfriend Min for Kurai it has to be the the first time he got a scar because it was an important lesson to him and for Ken it has to be him proposing to his then girlfriend now fiance

Goemon's favorite memories are probably the day of his wedding (today, in about five hours), and the birth of his twin daughters.

Tsubaki’s favorite memory would be meeting her half-sister she never knew existed. They met while they were both on Student Council. How did they discover they were half-related? One day Yotsuba (Tsubaki’s half sister) got a letter from their father asking Yotsuba to find Tsubaki. Yotsuba showed Tsubaki the letter and they decided to get a DNA test. The result did confirm they were half related. However, Tsubaki and Yotsuba saw each other more than half sisters they saw each other as real sisters and ever since they’ve had an unbreakable bond than no other siblings would have.

One of Nessa's favourite memories was with her ex-fiance, James Kabujī (name might've changed or sum idk, havent seen Nrider in a while). Nessa and James were on the top of the lighthouse, just listening to the song Ecstacy and being together. Then, from what I remember, James earbuds or headphones ran out of battery and died mid-song. It was a sweet moment for Ness

Xion's favourite memory is when Glai allowed him to dry out his hair from the rain.. Knowing Glai has an issue with physical contact- yet had allowed Xion to do so makes Xion smile every time.. actually, all of his memories with Glai is a fond memory.

Soon- followed by every time Jubasim hugged him! <3 or showed affection towards him.

the times Mizu stood up for him, and promised to protect him. Everytime Soushi called him an 'Orchid' , everytime Katniss comforted him and allowed him into her house. .
its easy and would be right to assume that every kind interaction, comfort, love, affection- care .. everytime he got that, it became his favourite memory.
