Youssef has lived with many physical problems with his body caused by sickness, it is troublesome for him to gain weight and for this reason he can be seen with a very skinny body type that wouldn't be seen as common, one resembling the one below

Abnormalities:
Youssef was born with many abnormalities and has also gained some over the years, the main thing that can be seen on his body is the gashed and bruised side of his face taking in a tiny of purple and red and staying permanently He also has a rare condition known as Coloboma, causing his pupil to not be a full round circle but rather take the look of a snakes eye (example below). Youssef can also be seen having many bruises and scars across his skinny body.

Youssef Uli would stand at a staggering 6 feet and one inch, his long dark scraggly hair would go down past his shoulders a bit. his bored glare was one that seemed like it could follow from thousands of miles away, he'd weight 139 pounds in total, and his body could be seen as abnormal due to his past sickness causing him to be underweight in a way that was very obvious. his body would be covered in different types of wounds that were for the most part covered some of which being bruises, gashes, burns, and stitched scars, the biggest one being an X formed along his back. His dark eyes with the boring glare would seem to have bleeding pupils due to his disorder known as Coloboma. for most people that see him it was obviously noticeable that he stood with his back hunched a tiny bit and about his body type was extremely skinny looking some resemblance of abs and muscle could be seen if he were to be shirtless but for the most part he stays covered up.
Personality:
Youssef isn't the most outgoing person all the time but at the same time, he isn't much of a boring person. When out with friends he won't butt into conversation and makes himself the center of attention but he will go along with the conversation and will speak. he is someone who definitely messes around a lot in situations however, at some points when he wants to be serious and wants to be known and heard, he will let himself be known and heard, taking on a more demanding, serious, and frustrating tone if he really needs to, he doesn't much care for the opinion of the other on anything when he wants something to get done, he won't worry about safety or what they need, he'll worry about what he needs.

Equipment:
Youssef carries a couple of things on himself, for the most part, he always has a lighter in his left jacket pocket and usually a pack of cigarettes in the other pocket, he'd also carry around 5k yen in his pants pocket at all times, and tucked into his left boot would be a pocket knife in case of a bad situation, other then this he doesn't tend to carry around a lot.
Hobbies:
Youssef usually doesn't have much time for his hobbies anymore although when he gets free time he likes to sign up for underground boxing matches and participate, he found it funny when people judged his scrawny size and was able to take out the competition, he also likes watch movies and smoke, he is more of a person who does things at the moment, not a person to sit down and participate in the usual activity.
Serious Problems/Flaws/Addictions/Disorders/Disabilities:
Youssef has spent his life with many flaws but has lived through them, his sickly scrawny looking body made him the butt-end of a joke at times, and although he's grown up with a loving home he's lived with a lot of burdens on his body, his Major ADHD and minor Bipolar disorder tend to affect him greatly at times in the worst situations, and his addictions such as his nicotine and alcohol addiction have caused him great harm including thoughts of self-harm. but even with flaws and the horrible things he has done he moves on.
Skills:
Skilled in hand-to-hand combat, use of weaponry like knives and other weapons, has common book knowledge on most things but is horrible at math and has extreme street smarts that he tends to use a lot. he also has a very exotic talent of being able to match the pitch of people's voices, giving him a good ability to copy their voice
Quirks:
His ability to get things done when needed to get done, his extremely flexible body, his ability to quickly read situations, and his lack of fear due to his background.

Youssef and his father have what you could call a cliche father-son relationship, as a kid, he went out and threw the football with his dad, and he watched the game with him on Sundays he would get him a beer when it was a hot sunny day and other things like that. Youssef loves his dad, although he's a lazy drunk his father has never hurt him in any way whatsoever, Youssef sees him as the perfect dad in his own eyes and although he lives far from his dad now, he misses him a lot and wishes this could've been different with choices Youssef has made.
Mother[Alive and also Ballin] Akane Uli
Youssef loves his mother, he will always love his mother, drag him through hell he will love her, kill him 100 times he will love her, its very simple, he loves his mother. he had a normal life with her until he moved, he made his own bad choices and though he doesn't know if his mother sees him how he sees her, he loves her a lot.

Backstory
Youssef grew up in a loud town in Utah, his childhood wasn't a very interesting one, he had a cliche happy relationship with his family unlike some people in Karakura. He grew up constantly getting colds due to his already failing immune system at the time. Youssef never showed signs of ever wanting to harm others he was a normal kid, though he had issues fitting in from time to time when he wanted to it never made him angry, he knew it could be annoying to be friends with someone that always gets sick because they'll get sick. he grew up happy and spoiled some would even say mainly because his family never knew when sickness would take his life, but it never did. Youssef passed through middle school and has had no issue with high school, and although Youssef seemed like he was growing up normally, things changed as things usually do. Youssef got involved with the illegal side of things, he wanted a boost of some kind, he wanted a fun, it started with stealing from shops and soon escalated to stealing from homes. Youssef thirsted for fun as he put it, he turned 17 and at this time decided he didn't want his family to see him like this, he was getting bruised and beaten due to his weak and frail body, he bruised easily. he ended up moving away from Utah to a town in Japan called karakura, this is the place where he began his run-in with gangs. he got heavily involved with this type of crime for a while and assumed he could stay safe with it until he got the wrong person killed in a shootout. Youssef was able to protect himself however because of the bad choices he ended up on the other end of a blade, something he wasn't use to. and although the two gangs had morals for lives the person who went against Youssef and did what he did to him lost his morals after that shootout. Youssef wouldn't forget that night, how his body was thrown around like a ragdoll, he was bruised beaten scarred and everything and to always remember the person who did it left the right side of his face permanently gashed and bruised and left a stitched X going all the way down his back, Youseff wanted his own revenge, he wanted revenge for the other side of his face so he planned to do that, he stayed out of big gangs but he never left the involvement, he knew what he wanted so he was gonna get it.
