What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
In the beginning I never thought being a Reporter would be the avenue that I desire to take. What drives me is the chance to express my creativity and find a new way to blend one of my passions which is writing into an enjoyable roleplay experience. A friend I was chatting with mentioned how much he enjoyed my writing and brought up the faction to me. I never had my eyes on the Reporter faction due too being deeply involved in other matters. Until he brought it up once again his thoughts were it would be a great fit for me because it offers many qualities I’d appreciate. The idea that I was portrayed was highly interesting & appealeing the idea of exploring Karakura. Looking for leads or any shroud of evidence that could unfold into bigger stories looking for the next big hit in a career.Venturing into the most dangerous & shady places in all of Karakura both sound exciting and fun. It’s about telling stories that have been left untold for a long time and giving a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves. In a way it be for the betterment of those people or to bring justice to certain topics. Giving them the spotlight that is deserved.I have a deep respect and love for journalism and graphic design. I personally believe this faction provides a wonderful creative outlet for people to express themselves through art & writing. Only a few have managed to do this effectively yet I hope to be one of the greats in the future.I want to offer more than just typical roleplay or one-off newspapers that often go unnoticed by the general public. I aim to create something with soul, something that goes beyond just gathering interviews, screenshots, and prompts. The process of researching, collecting all the pieces, and putting them all together into one compelling story is what truly motivates me.
Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:
I have been passionate about writing stories for as long as I can remember ever since I was a child. Many people say a painting is worth a million words yet those words depicted in the image may be overshadowed.I believe that the emotions and depth conveyed through carefully crafted words can resonate even more profoundly. For me, writing is a form of self-expression, much like how drawing or painting is for others. Unlike with images, which can sometimes be overshadowed or interpreted differently by others. The stories I write allow me to connect deeply with my own feelings and perspectives. Not allowing anything to be twisted into the eyes of the beholder. My journey as a writer has been vast and enriching, spanning a wide range of experiences and styles. The best comparison to this I can say is space due to the depth & vastness of it. This passion was sparked by a teacher I had when I was young—someone who opened my eyes to new ways of seeing the world. She taught me that writing is not just about putting words on paper; it’s a beautiful art form that takes many shapes and, most importantly, is meant to be shared. That lesson has stayed with me for a long time. I also believe it should uphold the standards in my writing & performance.
Are you aware of - and will follow - the set of rules provided to you?:
I am fully aware of the rules and I promise I will abide by them!
Why should we accept you over others?:
One of the main reasons I believe I stand out as a candidate is my genuine passion and strong work ethic. Compared to others, I’m truly dedicated and enthusiastic, driven by a real love for writing. I’m passionate about uncovering meaningful stories that really matter. My natural curiosity pushes me to look deeper, ask the right questions at the right time, and share well-rounded perspectives. This enthusiasm helps me do more than just report facts—I bring stories to life with rich context and thoughtful insight. Because of this, my work offers a unique edge that helps people better understand complex issues.
On top of that, my commitment to constant practice and self-improvement fuels a work ethic that goes beyond just talent. I’ve spent countless hours honing my craft, and even after reaching important milestones, I keep pushing myself harder than many in similar roles. I never stop learning or trying to get better—I actively seek feedback and welcome chances to refine my skills.
Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.)
Yup! I am to stay 100% biased free.
Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:
Absolutely!
Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:
Being a reporter is all about gathering information, investigating stories, and sharing news with the public. Reporters need to research events & do highly dangerous work on the ground. Like infiltrating certain areas on the hunt for a story. Interviewing people to verify the facts & obtain new information to bring to light. The purpose of all this is to put this information & edit it in a way everyone can understand. Then proceed to make it public for everyone through newspapers, radios & others. With the aim of keeping everyone informed about what's happening locally or around the city of Karkura.

#1 - General report. Report about a topic, informing players about an event or significant issues to Karakura.

#2 - Interview. It's important to have well-rounded questions. Create your own interview with ten questions or more.
The following recording is an interview with an anonymous street racer that goes by the alias Bakusoku. Who agreed to do this interview & has been happy to provide me with such informationFull Name:

Yoshihiro :”Thank you for going out of your way to meet with me today. Please give me a brief introduction on who you are & why you are here. “
Unknown Racer: “My name is Bakusoku im currently in my 20’s & I have had a long career within underground street racing.”
Yoshihiro:”Now let's get started with the first round of questions. Have you been in trouble or caught by the authorities & what drives you to such risks of street racing.”
Bakusoku: Would sigh before speaking “I dealt with many badges & too many times I lost count. Simply what drives me is the thrill of it. Its mental release ya know? The thrill of racing at stupid speeds to get away from your troubles.”
Yoshihiro: “Thank you Bakusoku, now tell me what racing crews or organizations have you been with?”
Bakusoku:”I was a part of 3 racing groups, the first one was Middonaito, then Supido, then finally the Foundation.”
Yoshihiro: “So out of these 3 crews you've been a part of, can you tell me what they did? How were they different & maybe even the accomplishments of each group?”
Bakusoku:”Well out of the 3 racing organizations that I was a part of, Middonaito was the best one by miles. In Supido we only interacted with ourselves helping each other's skills. So not that remarkable the Foundation I was only part of temporarily & didnt do much.”
Yoshihiro:”May you tell me about Middonaito? You seem quiet on that one, in particular Mr.Bakusoku.”
Bakusoku:”In middonaito we raced many people yet our biggest victory was beating a rival crew 15-0. We were at the time by far the most skilled racers in all of Karakura. We had a 100% win rate & everybody who challenged us didn't more than 2 times.
Yoshihiro:” You guys never lost once?”
Bakusoku: he simply shook his head holding up the number 0 “Never not once”
Yoshihiro:”Do these 3 crews you mention still exist? If so, where can they be seen most often?”
Bakusoku: he simply shook his head “All of them Disbanded”
Yoshihiro: “Alright what were your personal accolades like career wins that you can personally remember?”
Bakusoku:”I had a 92% win rate on record with around 70-80 wins that I did count. On top of that I use my black R32 GTR as my main car that I race. . .”
Yoshihiro:”In your racing career, who are the top racers you have ever met & tell me why?”
Bakusoku:”The best racers in order probably would go to Naga first. He has been around as one of the longest even longer than me myself & he was respected by everyone. His technique was flawless & he would be my first overall pick. After that I would have to give it to Draken. His 180sx was beautiful. Him & me had many good races with each other before he was the young upstart. Who was known for 2 things winning & forcing the car into the corners like a mad man. He was an amazing racer after those 2 I personally would say myself.”
Yoshihiro:”What are the worst racers you ever met & on top of that do you think racers. Should have the opportunity to have a legal way to race like maybe opening a race track. Or even better having a permit to allow them under certain conditions?”
Bakusoku:”Well the people who hangout or claim to be under some (AUDIO WOULD MESSUP) people have been horrible racers. It's honestly a shity idea they don't know the routes & brang inexperienced individuals into the fold. They see it more as a business plan than anything else so they are stripping away what it is. On top of that I would love to have a racetrack here yet I doubt the government will ever do such a thing. They already hate how we are right now nor do I think they have the funds.”
Yoshihiro:”My final question is do you see street racing as an art like many other racers claim?”
Bakusoku:”Well the law says its dangerous crime & cops just love to arrest people over it. Yet street racers are almost the most careful people on the road, when we do such things we make sure there are no civilians on the road & no cars on the road. Clearly to make sure there will be no accidents. So in that question it is an art & skill”
Yoshihiro:”Thank you for your time Mr.Bakusoku its truly appreciated”
