In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As a Caretaker, I would be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the school. This includes tasks like cleaning classrooms, hallways, and bathrooms, and assisting in organizing materials for school events. In addition to physical tasks, Caretakers also supervise students during free periods or detention, ensuring that the school remains a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
The role also involves working closely with other school staff and reporting any incidents or damages. The Caretaker is an essential behind-the-scenes member of the school, ensuring that everything functions smoothly, and making sure that everyone has a clean and safe environment in which to learn.
(I'm assuming this stuff, I've only really seen other applications... cus thats the only place I've seen information about the factions role.)

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?
Seems fun to me! I wanna get into the server a bit more, and people said to join a faction.

Zyre responds calmly but firmly, his eyes narrowing slightly. “Watch your mouth. That kind of behavior isn't tolerated here, and I’ll have to report it.” He stands tall, not intimidated. "If you're frustrated, I suggest you take a walk or speak to a teacher. But insulting others won't solve anything."
Zyre stays composed, refusing to escalate the situation, and would keep the conversation short, knowing it’s better to let staff handle behavioral issues. If the student continues to misbehave, Zyre would threaten to radio for help from SLT.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, multiple punches have been thrown, how does your character react?
Zyre immediately springs into action. He shouts “Stop it!” as he rushes toward the scene, trying to position himself between the two students. He places his hands out, attempting to keep them apart. “Enough! Get off each other right now!” His voice is stern but measured.
He quickly assesses the situation, ensuring both students are uninjured before calling for backup. He pulls out his radio, speaking calmly: “Two students fighting in the hallway near the lockers. Need assistance.” Once help arrives, he would ensure the students are separated, and give them a detention slip, after getting all the information needed to assess the situation.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?
Zyre observes the behavior from a distance, immediately recognizing the potential danger. He walks over quietly but confidently. “Hey, that’s not safe,” he says, keeping his tone calm and direct. “We need to follow the safety protocols-- to prevent accidents.”
If the employee doesn’t respond or seems unaware of the danger, Zyre would report it to SLT, making sure to document the issue properly so it can be addressed without causing unnecessary conflict. He understands that safety is the priority, and he wouldn’t hesitate to speak up when needed.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Zyre takes a few moments to relax during his break. He sits quietly at a table, often eating a small snack or drinking tea. He doesn’t engage in loud conversations but enjoys the opportunity to unwind for a few minutes. He keeps to himself mostly but will occasionally join in conversations if another staff member brings up something interesting or funny. He enjoys a peaceful break and uses the time to recharge before returning to his duties.
/me begins sweeping the floor in the cafeteria, carefully moving around the scattered chairs and tables. He pauses now and then to remove any leftover food wrappers or bottles. His movements are methodical, ensuring every corner is clean and that nothing is left behind.
