The tale of Eevee's beginnings starts in America in 2007. Eevee lived with her father, mother, and sister in NY. Her mother was a Traveling Nurse, and her father was an Astronomer. Due to her mother's job, Eevee hardly ever saw her. Therefore, her father allowed her to "assist" with his work to try to make up for it. Typically, this "assisting" consisted of looking at constellations through a telescope, and telling her father what she saw. Eevee and her sister, Mellisa were two little explorers who were always together. They frequently visited the park where they would climb trees, run around, and attempt to catch birds, although their efforts were often unsuccessful. It was approximately three years later when Eevee started her schooling journey, and the initial years were wonderful as she enjoyed every bit of it. Until, the third grade. In that grade, Eevee became a target of a fellow student named Brody. From third to fifth grade, Brody bullied, insulted, and stole from her, often putting the blame on Eevee for his own actions. Throughout all these years, Eevee put up with him, trying her best to ignore him, as her father and the school had suggested. Until, in the 6th grade, Eevee Snapped. Brody took the cat ears headband from her head and started playing keep away with it. However, Eevee responded by grabbing Brody's arm and throwing him into a nearby wall. Before long, a group of children had gathered, with some shouting "Fight, fight, fight!" while others watched on. The commotion drew the attention of nearby teachers, who quickly moved in to intervene and put an end to the altercation. The teachers attempted to ask her to cease, but she disregarded their request and persisted in fighting. Eventually, the teachers relinquished their efforts and forcibly pulled her away from the young man. The school relocated her to the counselor's office and notified her father to pick her up, while Brody went to see the nurse. Eevee was soon punished by being grounded and required to write an apology letter to her bully. To her dismay, upon returning to school the next day, Eevee discovered that she had been expelled. After handing the receptionist the letter addressed to Brody, she went back home. Eevee continued her studies online for almost a month until summer break finally came. During the summer break, Eevee and her sister spent the majority of their time in Germany, staying with their grandmothers. They had the opportunity to explore a new location, observe various species of birds (although they were unsuccessful in catching any), and even establish a few new friendships. Eevee and Mellisa received a request from their father to come home early for a surprise. During the break, Eevee began packing while Mellisa opted to spend time with their grandmother. Eevee's father traveled to Germany to bring her back to the United States. Upon arriving home, her mother greeted her with some thrilling news! Eevee's parents were offered job opportunities in a city called "Karakura". The whole family spent the next two days packing their belongings and Mellisas, loading them onto the family's truck. They informed Mellisa about their move, but Mellisa still preferred to stay in Germany for the entire break.
The family began their journey, to Karakura. Everything was going great! Unfortunately, just when everything seems to be going well, life has a way of throwing unexpected obstacles in our path. On their way to Karakura, the family encountered a car that had suddenly come to a stop in the middle of the road without any warning. Despite Eevee's father's best efforts to avoid it, the contents of the truck caused their vehicle to flip over entirely. While driving, other cars attempted to steer clear of them, but unfortunately, one collided with their vehicle, resulting in it overturning. Due to the force of the impact, the window of Eevee's car shattered, and she was thrown out of the window. After losing consciousness, she found herself stranded in the woods waking up. Her mind was still so overwhelmed, she didn't even notice that she was bleeding. Soon, however, she noticed that she was bleeding from her head, and panicked, She remembered her mother's solution for skint knees - applying a washcloth or a bandage on the injured area. She would then rip one of her sleeves off and put it on the wound. The bleeding slowly began to slow down, and she tried to get up. Pain shot through her whole body as she stood up... Despite the discomfort, she made an effort to disregard it. She continued to shout for assistance until she became hoarse. Eventually, she opted to establish a makeshift camp in the nearby forest, all while persevering through the pain. The following day, she ventured out in search of sustenance. While exploring the woods, she stumbled upon a serene river. She couldn't help but admire the sight of stunning salmon jumping through the stream. Despite feeling regretful, she managed to catch one of the jumping fish and brought it back to her makeshift camp, where she tried her best to cook it. After feeling tired, she drifted off to sleep once more. When she woke up the following day, she found herself in an unfamiliar place - a hospital room. Her head was completely covered in gauze and bandages. She then noticed her grandmother and sister in the room, and her sister quickly came over to embrace her. She soon found out about her mother and father's demise... which left her feeling depressed. After spending a week at the hospital, Eevee was finally discharged and went back to her grandmother's house. A few years later, she made the decision to move to Karakura and attend their in-person school.
