If I had to rate my activity on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give myself an 8/10. I am online for around 6 hours every day during the week and approximately 10 hours on weekends. Most of my time online is spent doing JockRP or TeacherRP.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A tutor helps students who are struggling in class or want to improve their grades. Instead of teaching a whole class, they work one-on-one or in small groups (?) so they can focus more on each student and how they learn best!
They explain school topics in simple ways, break things down step by step, and help with homework assignments. Their goal isn't just to give answers but to make sure the students actually understand what they're doing.
Tutors also help professors or teachers with their classes, during that they help the students if they have questions or handle misbehaving students so the teacher or professor can focus on their lecture.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I joined SRP on February first of, 2025, but I didn't really play for a month, so I technically really started playing in March 2025. I found this server on TikTok while I was sick at home and decided to start playing this server. During my time on SRP, I have gained a lot of experience in different types of roleplay, including JockRP/TeamRP, TeacherRP, ParentRP, and other types of roleplay. Because of this, I’m used to playing different roles and adjusting how I would act during a certain situation.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would like to join the School Employee faction because I really enjoy being part of the faculty and, of course, SRP. I was a teacher before, and while I have lost motivation to teach classes, I didn’t want to leave the faculty because it’s a really fun and active part of SRP.
Becoming an employee seems like the perfect way to stay involved, help students, and support the school while doing something other than teaching. I love being able to interact with students, assisting during situations, and I think being an employee would let me do that while still having fun!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Yumi would stay calm and professional while trying to de-escalate the situation. She would address the student without getting angry at them while still showing she has authority and giving the student a chance to calm down. This shows her ability to handle this conflict respectfully and maintain control over a situation

Yumi would take a step forward, keeping her hand relaxed at her sides. She tilted her head slightly as she observed the student. Her eyes would stay calm and focused, and she would take slow breaths before speaking. “Please watch your language,” She said firmly without anger.
She would notice the student being frustrated. Yumi stayed confident but also relaxed, ready to call for help if needed. “I understand you’re frustrated, but let's handle this in a proper manner.” She kept her tone steady, making it clear disrespect isn't tolerated
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Yumi would come in between the fight in an instant. If she gets hurt while doing that, she wouldn't care that much. She would handle this situation with confidence while trying not to get mad.

Yumi would step forward really quickly, her hands relaxed at her sides but ready to act. She tilted her head slightly as she watched the students. Yumi’s eyes would stay calm and focused as she took slow breaths. “Stop! Both of you!” She said calmly without yelling
she would carefully move between them, keeping he rposture strong and confident, noticing the students being tensed, yumi stayed in between them, ready to call for help if needed “fighting isn’t allowed, so I will be giving you detention” She pulled out her detention slips and have both of the students detention “I will see yall at 3 PM in the detention room” she would say calmly
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Yumi would stay calm but firm, she would act in an instant to prevent anyone from getting hurt. By addressing the employee and threatening to report them, she shows responsibility, confidence, and that she respects the rules.

Yumi’s eyes widened as she saw the other employee acting dangerously. She stepped forward, hands relaxed but ready, she again tilted her head slightly “Stop that right now…” she said calmly.
She stayed between the employee and anyone nearby, making sure nobody got hurt. She kept her posture strong and confident. “That’s really not safe.” She added, watching the employee and ready to call for help, “Please act like how you should act as an employee, or I will have to report you to SLT,” she said in a confident tone while staring at the employee.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Yumi uses her break to relax while staying approachable and polite. She balances quiet personal time with being friendly to her coworkers, here she shows professionalism and a calm, positive vibe even off duty

Yumi would enter the break room calmly, looking around to see if there are any other faculty members she can speak to, she went to the coffee machine and made her specialty, an iced latte “Ah, finally break time, it’s been an hectic day” She said in a tired voice, she went to the table and sat down, yumi pulled out her phone and opened the book app she had downloaded, she coughed a bit and started readin her favourite book while drinking her coffee. Yumi noticed one of her coworkers come inside, she gently closed the book app and smiled at them “And, how has your day been? Has it also been so hectic as mine?” she asked in a curious tone.

/me opens the door to her tutoring room and steps inside, she placed her bag on her desk and pulled out her computer and water bottle, she gently started organizing her desk making sure it looks good for when a student needs help with their homework, she flipped on the desk lamp and started reading her book for a couple of minutes before going outside to go around school making sure everybody is following the rules.
/me walks over to the whiteboard in her tutoring room, picking up a purple marker and drawing out a tricky math problem. She tilts her head slightly while watching the student carefully. “Let’s try solving this together,” she said in a soft voice.
/me sits at her desk, leaning forward slightly as she reviews the student’s completed homework. she taps her pen on the paper while making sounds with her mouth, she looks up at the student and said “You improved alot, I do see a few mistakes but you did great!” she looked at the student and showed them the mistakes they made “Those were minor mistakes, you will get it right next time…! Im proud of you” she said calmly

Backstory
⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ Yumi’s Backstory but in character! ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹
Yumi adjusts the position of her chair slightly while sitting upright as she clears her throat. “So I was born and brought up in Japan, and I grew up with three of my siblings. I remember my home and household environment always being loud and busy. This meant that I had to deal with all of the different emotions and personalities for an extended period of time. Due to this, it allowed me to become very patient and understanding. I showed these two traits through helping my siblings when things would got messy and tense or when they needed support.”
She runs her thumbs against the edge of the desk she was thinking for a few seconds before starting to speak again. “Right.. and after high school, I went to college to study Education, minoring in Psychology. I really wanted to. . You know, help students learn as well as truly feel understood. Especially the ones who would often struggle in general or feel left out! During this time, I married the love of my life- my high school boyfriend and had my wonderful daughter Kaen!” Her eyes shifted a bit, and her expression changed a bit. “Um. Well, you see, life was pretty stable for a while, but I guess everything kind of..” She goes silent for a couple of seconds, taking slow and steady breaths before continuing “changed when he passed away due to an illness. This was rather difficult because I ended up having to raise Kaen alone whilst I was still finishing up my studies. This was very challenging, I must say, but I never gave up!” she moves her shoulders a bit making sure she stays upright “A few years later I moved to Belgium for a fresh start! That was where I met my second husband and over time we built a fresh and new life together. Eventually we had 3 beautiful children, Mateo, Mika, and Akiyo.”
A quiet sigh left he as she starts to relax a bit “After a while things started to feel a lot calmer for me as I could feel my life slowly rebuilding!” She left out a small sigh.”However, after my dearest Akiyo turned five” Her gaze shifted again, for almost a whole minute, she was lost in memories… “my- other husband passed away. I truly found that losing someone again hit me even harder, like a stab in the chest.” Her jaw tightened, holding herself together “Everything felt.. overwhelming. I honestly realised that there was just no way I could handle all this by myself. This led me to make one of the most difficult decisions but it had to be done..” she interlocked her fingers, and put them on the desk “I decided to send my children to Karakura to live with their Uncle Sako where they could be involved and surrounded by family.” She nodded slowly but hesitantly “It really was hard to let go, but it was the best choice for them. After.. all of that…I solely focused on tutoring and education.” She lifted her head again, she wiped a small tear that was on her cheek, after a few seconds she offered a soft smile ”I found pure comfort when helping one-on-one students, creating a calm environment and space where they could be supported. This eventually led me to want to become a school employee!
She slowly bowed down with just her head showing gratitude “Thank you so much for listening, and also sorry for getting a bit emotional… I usually don’t really tell anyone this.” a soft smile was seen on her face.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Yumi adjusted the way she was seated, her hands slowly rubbed together “I was to join KHS because i really enjoy helping students one-on-one." she slowly lowked down at her hands and started playing with the ring she had one before looking back up “I know how hard and challenging school can feel when someone struggles with their homework and grades, and I want to make sure students can go to someone who can help them with that, I just want to create a calm and safe space for them to work on their school work” she let out a small chuckle “I once had a tutor like that, she always helped me with this… I just want to become like her, haha, but yeah, being a tutor allows me to help them!” She nodded slightly, showing the importance of her words while waiting patiently for the next question.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
She leaned forward hearing the next question her voice was calm “I think I should be accepted because I have patience, understanding and real life experiences in supporting students through challenging situations” she cleared her throat and blinked a few times “I have learned how to stay calm under pressure, how to communicate with others, and help students with their problems” she put her fingers together again, breathing slowly and steady “I will make sure to create a positive environment, and I will always make sure to act professional. . . I believe these qualities would make me a good candidate for this job” she exhaled a bit, while smiling at the interviewer
