Backstory:
Maxi P Cross: Was born to Ichika Aikawa, Julian De León. Was raised to believe appearance and grades were more important than health and happiness.
Their mom: Ichika Aikawa [ A Nurse/Language coach that was high in her field and well paid, who didn’t care to look after her children ]
Their dad: Julián De León [ A businessman that was the CEO of a fast growing company, who believed kids didn’t need love or attention]
Their sister: Lynn V. Cross [ The other half (TWIN!) who always made sure to play the role as the parent ]
Their parent’s often spent time away from home constantly focused on work and other subjects. Their mom often spent time at the hospital not bothering to give a glance to the two kids she had given birth to. When their mom did have time she would often hire a language coach for her daughters or teach them herself. Their dad spent more time at his company and could often be found with his assistants, which caused arguments at the times both their parents were home.
The more they grew the worse the arguments became which left both siblings in an awkward position. Both parents were a ticking time bomb. They often neglected and attempted to abuse the siblings when they did something that wasn’t to their liking. After years of neglect and abuse the two siblings decided to run away.
The two siblings ran away from home making sure to leave no trails behind. They didn’t want to live a lonely life with parents who didn’t love and care about them, they wanted a happy life even if it meant just the two of them. They made it to a nearby city where they were able make a somewhat new identity for themselves and attend schooling.
Even though they struggled to make enough money and get enough food they continued to work together to get everything they wanted. They often resorted to begging on the streets and asking for help when they needed it.
