I've been active on SRP for close to ten years, with large portions of inactivity between multiple years of activity. My current playtime sits around 5 weeks total, with my periods of activity characterized by near constant involvement in engaging roleplay. Having returned recently and seen the state of the server--that being, rather stable and tight knit--I've found myself enjoying it often in my free time. Whilst most of my time on the server has been spent involved in Gang RP, with groups like Masahiko; I've always placed an emphasis on my roleplay and writing, above all else. I'm typically active in the afternoons, as my college schedule takes up some of my mornings/mid-days; though I rarely ever have days I'm entirely unavailable.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive, you will be demoted?
Yes, I've actually had this happen prior. Around a year ago, I took on a job as a Librarian and was met immediately with several schedule-changing factors that rendered me inactive. I regret that it ended the way that it did, and that I wasn't able to fulfill my responsibility to the faction, but I'm in a much more stable position now, and feel I have the proper control of my schedule, to enable me to properly fulfill my responsibilities to the franchise.

What are your current roles on the server?
Currently, I have two grade-12's and a college student, though only my college student (Yuta Akiyama) is particularly active. He'd be the character I'm applying with.
Franchisee Information
What shop are you applying for?
I'm applying to be a franchisee of the late great 11/7.
Why do you want to become a franchisee?
I'd like to become a franchisee because I've seen the demand for shops like 11/7 to open more often and believe doing so would benefit the server. I also believe the Franchisee system is a genius answer to the problem School Roleplay often faces regarding the struggle of constantly having shops open, especially when referencing shops known for being consistently open, like convenience stores. In short, I see myself as someone capable and willing to fill the role of a franchisee, and I see the role as something needed on the server. As for 11/7 specifically, it's a heritage business, as far as School Roleplay is concerned. I recall asking for a job in the original 11/7 when Mikeshotz was the owner. I never received a reply, but the offer was made hastily and casually, so I'm unsurprised. I have however worked for other stores, so I have some experience in that regard. I'm good friends with Maiyos, who's been a fantastic help in both explaining to me how stores work, and an amazing resource in preparing me for the task of Franchising as well.
How would you handle a dispute with your co-Franchisee?
I tend to always air on the side of forfeit. I'm not particularly hard-headed when it comes to things of most subject matter. Therefore, I'd likely concede for the benefit of continued peace among myself and my co-franchisee. At the end of the day, it's the store that keeps us working together, not much else is of major concern. Regardless of the topic, or severity, there isn't a single reason anything should cross the boundaries of respectfulness and cordiality. I'm of the belief that regardless of disagreement, my co-franchisee and I are of the same mind to bring success to the 11/7, and are in that regard, united in purpose.

Though I've never held a role in the town faction, I am extremely hopeful and desire greatly to further my activity on the server in an organized and notable manner. I appreciate the opportunity to apply for such a position.
