Describe your activity on the server: I'm on for about 8 hours a day when available to do so. I usually hangout with my friends or go to the beach to play volleyball.

Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): Yes for avoidrp / failrp. The context behind this is that i was usuing a similar name to the one i had in hospital recovery and to avoidrp i had 'logged off' during fights which i've appealed for already.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: As a counsellor at Karakura High School, my primary responsibility is to provide emotional and academic support to students. This entails conducting one-on-one counselling sessions to reveal students' personal issues, academic struggles, or any other challenges they may be facing. I also collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies for student success and advocate for students' well-being within the school as much as possible.. Additionally, I may lead group counselling sessions, workshops, or presentations on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and study skills.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Well i've been in SRP for around 6 months now and i work on doing as much rp as possible. I've done gangrp, romancerp, detailrp, and more. I have no struggle in any roleplay category and i hope to advance my roleplay by becoming a councilor

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I wish to join the school faction so i can enhance my roleplay capabilities. I enjoy the faction and i think being a councilor would be a good option for me considering i've had my ups and down in life aswell. I feel like i have what it takes to fill this position and i hope to make the roleplay enjoyable for everyone.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: In such a situation, my character maintains composure, recognizing that the student's outburst likely stems from underlying frustrations, distress, or anxiety. Iwould call over the radio to get another school employee to my location ensure my safety as well as anyone else's during the situation.

In the employee break room, my character cultivates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fostering camaraderie and collaboration among colleagues. I engage in friendly conversations, offering a listening ear and words of encouragement to fellow staff members. I may share resources or tips for self-care and stress management, recognizing the importance of supporting one another in a demanding and high-pressure environment.

Additional notes about your application: So i've used an ai enhancing software to ASSIST me in writing the in character formative. I had first typed out my in-depth answers and used the ai to assist me in making it more professional. I had changed like 80% of each answer that i had used it with to try and get it to not be detected because i would hate to be blacklisted and or denied. Please note that i didnt have it write anything for me, just to fix up my grammar and professionalism. I hope you see it that way just as i do and don't deny me instantly for noting this.
