In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The primary role of a tutor is to assist students who are struggling in classes or need to make up coursework, as well as to serve as an extended educational resource for students who wish to pursue additional academic initiatives. Additionally, they also facilitate classes alongside teachers/professors, creating a more engaging and fun classroom environment for everyone to learn and grow from.
What experience in general do you have in roleplay?:
I got my start in roleplay when I began exploring Roblox RP games, including Roblox High, LifeTogether, and many more. A lot of my roleplay was already primarily school-based, and I loved the thrill of being able to roleplay as any kind of person you could think of. When I turned fourteen, I discovered the SRP server on Minecraft. Logging on, I was met instantly with a vibrant community and multitudes of groups to RP and play with. At the time, it was mind-boggling to me how I didn’t find this server earlier in my younger years; there were so many features and options of how you could play. You can virtually RP as almost any kind of character or persona you prefer. Personally, I got my start in CrimeRP & GangRP. I’ve been in more brawls than I count, and I’ve joined more gangs than I remember! I got introduced to the School faction later on in my playtime, and since then, I’ve had some RP experience in teaching under my belt (I worked as a history teacher in the past). And now, I’m ready to rejoin the faction again as an experienced RPer ready to take on a tutoring job.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
My motivation for rejoining the School Employee faction is to further my passion for teaching others. In real life, I take welding classes, and in an environment where minor errors can lead to big blunders or messes, having a good teacher is an absolute must! Over the course of my high school career, my welding skills have become more refined, and I’ve developed strong motor control for specific finishes and techniques. With my strong suit in welding, I’m able to help out more people with specific welding finishes (Class A, Class B, etc) and assist underclassmen with the course rigor and other projects. All in all, it’s thanks to welding that I found my fervor for teaching/educating people. And I’ve taken that same attitude to heart when I once taught as a history teacher in the faction, which I loved every minute of. Now, I’m here to rejoin as a tutor to rekindle that feeling.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic How does your character react?:
Elijah would ask the student to stop in a stern voice. When the student stops, he would ask, “Now that isn't a polite way to speak to someone.” he would then try to de-escalate the situation by attempting to remove himself from the situation by telling the student. “Please move on now that you have vented your anger.”
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Elijah would immediately break up the fight by getting in between the two students! He would then tell them, “Physical violence isn’t the answer to the problems you are having, so let's please just discuss the problem!” he would then sit there while they talked, making sure no more physical exchanges happened. He would then tell them! “Now lets please stay away from echother now that you have discussed your problems!”
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Elijah would assess the situation, making sure that no one is hurt emotionally or physically. He would then ask the teacher, “What happened is something wrong? What would have happened for you to think that this was the correct way to act?” he would then tell them to stop acting that way and then go on with his day!
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
He is very polite and proper! He prefers tea over coffee, he would gladly have a nice discussion about someone else's day, and he is always there to talk to and discuss problems while giving suggestions!

/me The male would look over the student's desk, looking at the work he would then give the student a thumbs up before pointing out a misstep in their wording “You see right here, you could use a different word to make it seem you aren’t coming off aggressive!” he would then examine the paper over again attempting to find anything else that could make the students work better so he could get a better grade!
/me The male would step into the breakroom, going to the counter, going up into a drawer and grabbing a tea packet, dumping it in, and using a spoon to swirl it around until the packet's contents had mixed into the water! He would then lift the cup into his mouth, sipping it in a proper manner. As he was sipping the tea, the male had removed his phone from his pocket, taking a chance to scroll Onrain!
/me Elijah would open his laptop, logging a tutoring session he had with a student, putting the basic information what subject it was on the name of the student, and how long the session was! The male was very tired, he leaned back in his chair, letting out a YAWN! The male then looked back at his computer and began typing up a summary of the session, along with an evaluation of whether the student improved or not!

Backstory
Elijah was born in 1999 to his Father Dominik Zindel, and his mother, whose name he can't remember. In his early years, he was labeled a troublemaker, always causing some type of trouble whether it was a fight or stealing from a store, but either way, he was a troublemaker when he was young. Around the age of 11 he would be quite bad with his misdeeds even for a young kid. His father and his uncle eventually had to take some matters and had to try and talk with him multiple times about his behavior, but to no avail he would not listen to them, his mother wasn't much of a help as well, either that or she didn't care much for what he did or what he would do outside of her supervision. His father was attempting to make a positive impact on his life, but it was hard for himself as the father as he was not the best with being a father yet he still tried his best. When Elijah turned 15 eventually, his uncle would take it into his own hands to try and talk some sense into him. His uncle had always been the person he had looked up to in life, which overtime, had led to Elijah himself listening more to him over the years in his life to become less of a troublemaker.
When Elijah had turned 18, he had experienced a tragedy that he never would've expected to happen in his life: his father had fallen off a roof in a construction accident while on the job at the site and passed away shortly after, which furthered his resolve in life to try and be better than he was when he was a teenager. By the time Elijah was 19 he had completely stopped being a troublemaker and continued to try and improve his life and had gone to college outside of Karakura. He had moved to America to pursue further education! 4 years later, Elijah had finally gotten onto a plane heading back to Karakura, now that he had returned to Karakura after so long, he would remember his younger years now at the age of 23, he would continue keeping his life in check as he would grab a small convenient job within the town for 2 long years to keep himself afloat with a form of income. At the age of 25, Elijah took it upon himself to apply to KHS, and shortly after he had actually gotten a job interview lined up for a teaching position at Karakura High School!
The interview was stressful, but he had successfully gotten the job! He then proceeded to teach for a year. He then moved back to America and joined the military for citizenship he had been in the military for a year at that point he had gotten released for an injury he had obtained he got hit in his right leg while on a special operation which he had been honorably discharged, which meant he couldn't be in active duty, then opened a small restaurant, which became very popular, and a company wanted to buy the brand! He then got a call that his mother had passed away, unfortunately due to his upbringing in life, he didn’t really care much. However he still showed up to the funeral to support his grieving sisters and brothers. He had then made the choice to move back to Karakura in the next year to support his siblings. He had made that choice, and he had gotten in contact with a company that would buy his restaurant! He sold it for cheap enough that he could fully move back to Karakura, getting an apartment. He would then proceed to look for a job, landing a tutor
job.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
The male would cross his hands sitting back in the chair. "Well, my motivation is to help students further their education as my uncle did for me." he would then look the interviewer in the eyes "And my aunt was also a driving factor for me to become a teacher, so she is also a driving force for me to become a tutor! She taught me that the best way to live in this world is to educate people and help them further their knowledge!"
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Elijah would exhale, obviously a little nervous, but still thinking, "Well, the reason I think I should be accepted is that I was a teacher, so I know how to educate students, and I know how they want to be educated." he would take a breath, intending to add more. "Knowing how to educate someone respectfully is the best way to educate cause they slow down and start being honest in what they need help with!"
