Best MC Java Version?

I want to know what version you guys recommend when playing SRP, I'm currently playing on 1.19.4, so I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions for what the best version (in your opinion) is!

It's 1.19, it even says on mc.roleplayhub.net when you chose schoolRP [1.14+ but stops at the 1.19 version]

For SRP; 1.19.2(until they fully update it to 1.20.x)

Anything else; 1.7.10 / 1.12.2 / 1.19.2 / 1.20.x

I play SRP on 1.19.2, but my prefered is 1.12.2 / 1.14 / and the most recent versions for building reasons.
