Block Placing Issues

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1392 44 1258
ISSUE: "You cannot place that block there." Happens in three places.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I'd like to place blocks/doors in these places and are you able to remove the invisible force preventing me from doing so? My center cross is pointing at the spots, coords are at the top left.
EXTRA: I broke my paper stack furniture item whilst in buildmode. May I have a replacement? I placed a banner wrong and it destroyed it.
