School Employee Role you are applying for?:Caretaker
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:Caretakers make sure the school stay clean and they also check in on students and helps them if they have trouble with anything.The Caretaker also make sure to check the CCTV in the boiler room If needed by the Faculty to check if there is any fights happening in progress and if theres fights the caretaker can alert the other Faculty by using the radio.And When ever it snows they will grab the shovel to start shoveling snow for the students if it makes the slip.The Caretaker also makes sure that none of the students get hurt.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:I have some decent experience in roleplay i am trying to get better with Detail Roleplay which is getting worked on and i will do my best to be a excellent employee. So i can Roleplay as a caretaker of the School and experience new Detail Roleplay ideas.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:i want to join the School Employee faction because i want to improve my roleplay to making a new experience with working with the school and i want to learn more about the School Employee faction and to see if i enjoy doing it for the first time and i also wanan meet new people with the whole school staff.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:Kane would Remain calm and then He will pull out his notepad and Pen and would give the student a detention for Disrespecting him and Kane would make sure that the student would go along his way so he wont get into anymore trouble and he will not try and pick any arguments with any of the students if he ever curses at them.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:Kane would grab his radio from his side and he will notify the other staff members and even the nurse if she or he is in the building and then Kane would pull the students away from eachother putting them a couple feet away from eachother and ask them questions from there side of the story and then Kane will check for any bruises or punches on the students to make sure they arent very hurt or injured and the Kane will give them both detentions for starting fights with eachother and will have them go different ways so they wont bump into eachother again.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:Kane will pull them aside and give them a talking to so they won't get themselves hurt or so they wont cause the students get them sleeves hurt and Then Kane will notify the SLT if needed if the School Employee does any more inappropriate or dangerous actions that will not get anymore people hurt.
When in the employee break room, how does your character react: Kane will go get something eat or drink to start his day and Kane will go and Greet the students and Faculty,Kane will Also go to the janitors closet where Kane will grab his keys from his pockets and goes to unlock the janitors door so Kane can start cleaning the school so none of the students will get sick and he will make sure that Every inch of the School is clean and spotless and if Kane finds trash littered anywhere on the campus Kane will make sure that it will be cleaned up so none of the people or if any birds are in the courtyard eat it or get sick.

/me will make his way to inside of the school so he can get ready for the day.he will head to the Faculty lounge so he can perpare coffee and snacks for the other Faculty team so they can have a good morning. He would make sure his uniform is good and neat for the students so that he wont be the staff member that would be a messy person. And then he will start to greet them with good mornings and hellos to make the students smile.
/me will start grabing the keys from pocket and then he will make his way to the Janitors closet to start grabbing cleaning supplies then he is able to start his day as a caretaker and to keep the school clean. Will make sure that he locks the janitors closet so none of the students will get into the cleaning products then that way they wont get sick.He will make sure that he has everything he needs to clean the School and he will also keep his radio close by thats attached to his belt so if anything is out of the ordinary he will inform his other faculty members.
/me would go through empty classes to see if the desk's are dirty so that he's able to clean them and then he would leave the classrooms.Then he will check the hallways making sure to see if anything is dirty on the floors then he would walk around would see spilled milk on the floor then he will go to the janitors closet to grab the mop bucket and then he will head back to the spilled mess for that hes able to clean it up so none of the student will slip and hurt themselves. When hes finished cleaning up the spilled mess he would take the mop bucket back to the janitors closet so that hes able to resume cleaning the rest of the dirty areas.

Kane is a 25-year-old male who grew up in Italy. He has dark purplish blackish hair and a strong, muscular build. Kane is a hardworking and dedicated individual, always striving to do his best in everything he does.
Kane's main motivation in life is to make a positive impact on others. He has always been drawn to helping people and making a difference in their lives. His ultimate goal is to become a successful caretaker and provide a safe and nurturing environment for those in need.
Growing up in Italy, Kane had a difficult childhood. His parents were both struggling with addiction and were unable to provide a stable home for him. As a result, Kane spent most of his childhood with his grandparents. However, he never let his past define him and instead, used it as motivation to create a better future for himself.
Kane's closest relationship is with his mother Sofia. They were both inseparable as mother and son and have formed a strong bond. Despite their difficult upbringing, they always had each other's backs and supported each other through tough times.
As Kane grew older, he realized that he wanted to break the cycle of addiction and poverty that plagued his family. He worked hard in school and eventually landed a job as a caretaker for a prestigious school in Karakura. This move not only allowed him to pursue his passion for helping others but also gave him the opportunity to start a new life away from his troubled past.
Moving to Karakura also allowed Kane to explore his own interests and hobbies. He discovered a love for cooking and often spends his free time experimenting with new recipes. This helped him develop a sense of independence and confidence, something he lacked growing up.
Kane's experiences as a caretaker have also taught him valuable lessons about empathy, patience, and resilience. He has grown into a compassionate and understanding individual, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Overall, Kane's journey from a troubled childhood to a successful caretaker in Karakura has been one of growth and change. He has overcome his past and is now focused on creating a better future for himself and those around him.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):Kanes Motivation for Joining the Employee faction is because he likes being in school with people that he knows and he is always the type of person who likes to help people and stay clean so he doesnt get sick and when in school Kane Always sees the bathrooms sometimes getting flooded or in a complete mess.He also loves keeping things tidy and loves working with new people.He can be very nice to other people and he always dreamt of working at the school because they always and always trying to get along with the Schools Faculty members.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:I would like to be accepted because i can be a hard work and i am always focus on the work that i am doing.The other reason why i should be accepted is because i can be active when i am needed in the school and i can get to places that i am needed that and if theres ever any trouble with the students. And if i am able to get accepted i will not cause trouble for other staff members
