I dont know about everyone else but trying to find a place to live on this server varianting of your price range and constantly running around to see if some place is available is getting too time consuming. You could be 1000 blocks away from an apartment that you accidentally pass or just find things out of your money.
Anyways, We have the property npc that only views places that have been torn down and it still comes up. If I was a greenie and got mislead by trying to find a home that I can actually pay for besides the dorms, wouldnt others feel that way too? Im just getting tired of the constant looking to find a place thatll eventually Ill have to fight for when the apartment ends or getting a place that I cannot be happy in. I own ALOT of characters and I want a home that can share their rooms instead of only having one or two of my characters to have a home.
No Im not saying that we should be allowed certain things, its just tiring that people who dont play much can still keep their apartment or house but they dont play. Where is it for people who actually play and is homeless or a form of Harry Potter style of cramping into your friends apartment without their permission. (Thank you __britishness__ for letting me and Charlie live under your stairs)
Though I want a actual home that can fit said many characters and even some of my friends to live with me also. Not a small apartment where one singular block fully halfs the place Im trying to decorate to look pretty. I dont know what others think but this is how I feel its becoming sort of unfair for players to live in a apartment deficit server.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
I want a home man.. I think others do too. We dont have to fight to find a place if the npc gets fixed.
