Depending on my schedule or not, I am quite active on the server. Around 7-10 hours I play when my school work-load isn’t that much.

Yes, I have, way back in May 2020 when former Admin Aania banned me for Major OOC toxicity, I've already explained the situation in my old application so I will be saying that only.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Receptionists in Karakura are known for sitting in front of the school, giving out schedules, information on newcomers, and whereabouts on the different locations that are within school perimeters. This also applies when there is a commotion going on and they are to handle it professionally, they also make daily announcements on different topics such as The exclusive meals that are prepared by the Chefs of the school, the Principal doing a daly school inspection, and many more.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Serious Roleplay is what I’ve been doing since two years ago. I solely believe my roleplay has improved and progressed increasingly in the time span of being one of the players of Roleplay Hub. Detail Roleplay is also something I do whilst doing Serious Roleplay, just to give that extra vibe when you get too into Roleplay. It’s normal for players such as myself to devote themselves to this category as it is only accountable due to the fact the server is called Roleplay Hub.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Sebastian would twitch his brow at the use of foul language as he heard, he would calmly address the situation. “Could I perhaps ask why you’ve gotten all your anger out on me particularly?”
After this student answers that question he would then simply and calmly tell him to not use such language around School, they would also address professionally, “I get that you’re being rude to me about being pathetic, but my standards are higher than that. Please leave the desk if you have nothing else to say.”
Due to him being new he cannot say anything more than that. Watching the student leave the desk with an attitude.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Sebastian would walk over with professional intentions only, raising his voice to get all their attention due to the crowd surrounding the two. Once things get more heated he steps in as he breaks the two apart, having them on hold with both of his arms to avoid any more physical fights. He would ask them to follow him to a more quiet place as he asks them: “Why were you two fighting? Was it a controversial thing?”
Once the three got a conversation and explanation going he would address to the two that he would be giving them detention due to the fighting in the hallway. If they cooperated he would thank them for being so.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Sebastian would ask another school staff to directly ask them why they are doing this and for what motive they have, once he receives information back about this he would approach them during break or after school.
“You know you can solve these without doing something dangerous right? There are other people’s lives on it, not only yours.”
He and the individual would continue this conversation with Sebastian being professional yet caring for this one individual. Once things become more recollected he would escort them out as he gives them a reminder about what they had just talked about.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
As Sebastian opened the door, he gently closed it. He would then take it upon himself to sit, taking out his phone and papers that were in his suitcase.He would then scroll through his messages with his daughter, as well as work on his overdued work. He would silently walk over to the snack closet as he took a few, then walked back to his station. He wouldn’t be doing anything else but work, whilst thinking of his daughter at the same time.

(Taking a seat)
/me As he fixed his cuffs, he would take a seat at the front desk. Firmly sitting on it, immediately crossing his legs. “Good morning, what can I do for you today?” greeting the first student who came up to the desk. He greeted them with a slight nod as he placed a smile on his face.
(Assorting desks and others)
/me He would reorganize the schedules beneath the desk as he also cleans the drawers. He placed a polaroid of Sebsatian and Penelope inside the drawing, smiling beneath the desk as he fixed his posture. He would then close it as he crossed his legs. Placing his hands firmly on the desk as he watches each student pass by, greeting them as he nodded.
(Getting up and getting ready to go home)
/me He would grab his suitcase, leaving the Polaroid inside. As he grabbed the seat’s edge, pushing it back within the desks' empty space. He would grab a tissue off the counter as he wiped the desk, thoroughly and swiftly. He noticed dirt marks from the amount of students touching the desk. He would throw away the tissue as he walked out, grabbing the keys from his other hand as he locked the two doors, double-checking once again if it’s locked.
+ He started walking off towards the gate's direction, rechecking if he forgot anything. Relieved as he walked past the doors. Going to his apartment.

Backstory

Sebastian Blackburn was once on the team alongside Mister Masayoshi and Miss Okinawa, he would get along well with these two, mostly Miss Okinawa. Prior to him being on the team, he was 26. He had no experience with a school environment whatsoever as he was the opposite of friendly. But once he was let in the Department, his demeanor became friendlier and lighter, the sight of students asking for schedules or handing in their tokens for rewards such as plushies, etc, had given him a soft spot for children. Once he resigned he was lost, he started drinking and started getting into parties every single day. It’s like he lost a part of himself. He kept moving from Japan to Germany once in a while, he missed the children and the chaos that he had to take care of every single day after school, or when he had to tell the children to stop shouting in the hall.
Whilst being retired, he went to Germany one day, and he decided to adopt a child. Under the Blackburn name, he’s never had any personal interactions with children. So, he decided to take the responsibility to take care of one.
Penelope Blackburn was a part of his family, he was rather strict with her at first but started becoming more of a father figure to Penelope. He asked her if they wanted to move to Japan once more, he promised her he would get a job to take care of her tuition. “Okay daddy, Promise me you won’t leave like them?”
As he heard this, his heart ached. He didn’t want her to go through what he went through when he was in the Orphanage as well. “Of course, Penelope. You are under my care now, Don’t worry.”
As he booked two tickets to Karakura, he was excited. He felt like he was going to become better again now that he has Penelope and his job. Once arriving in Karakura, he was well-greeted by Himiko Okinawa herself, he didn't know she resigned. She was working as a cashier in Suu~Itobea. After they greeted each other within their small reunion, he introduced Penelope to her. Himiko was rather shocked at the sudden change after Sebastian resigned. After explaining his side of the story she was baffled. But continued to give her support regardless, as he and Himiko were and still are the best of friends.
After saying farewell, he walked home with Penelope, getting his work papers done and organized, writing his application.
The next day he heads off to the School as he greets Principal Akihito. Which brings him to where he is now.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I have worked within KHS before, and I know most of them there. I wanted to work once more on the team after realizing I needed to get that experience once more again.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
Yes, of course, Before being in the Employee Staff Department, I’ve gotten into countless situations wherein I had to introduce myself and help other students with their needs. And having to deal with fights every other day was rather tiring, however, I’m willing to go through that all over again if it means getting the chance to experience such a fun time again.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think I should be accepted over the others, because... Well, I have past experience, and I’m serious about what my goals are. I also have a child, I would also want her to know her father’s hard work, recognition, and such from her is what I love the most.
