Describe your activity on the server:
I am quite active on the server, I play around five hours a day and I usually spend that time with friends, playing baseball, or just having fun in general. Currently, I would rate my activity an 8.5 out of 10, because I am a little less experienced and versed on the forums side of things. But that is improving as of lately, and I am trying to keep myself more up to date with the things on the forums right now. I also have a whitelist on one of my alts that I sometimes play on, but generally most of my time is divided between Rashida and Maevis, as I see them as my two main characters.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
The student council is a group of dedicated students who make sure the school remains a safe learning environment for all parties involved. They host events, help resolve conflict, and make sure that everything is done in the correct way that it should be done. A councillor upholds the school rules, and is able to be a neutral party for students and faculty. However, they are not hall monitors by any means: they offer support and inventive ideas for the student body in order for everyone to thrive. They require a lot of dedication and patience in order to keep up with these important duties.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
I have been on the council before, and enjoyed my time there quite a bit. I was motivated then, and I am even more motivated then. I would like to participate a lot more in school events, and be able to offer creative ideas to boost others. I like to create entertainment, and I feel as if I can do that in the council. I hope to express my opinions with others, to learn for others, and to maybe one day teach others. I also know a few people that are on the council, and that has motivated me as well. It is always nice to know a few people before applying for something like this.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes. I am aware. It is the primary reason that I want to apply for the student council.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
Vice-Principal
The current lead of the student council, overseeing everything the council does and helping to make the events happen for the school. They are a highly important aspect of being a councillor.
President & Vice-President
The president is the leader of the council, the face that you first see when you think of the council. They oversee everything and ensure everything goes the way it should. It is the same for the Vice-President, but they are more of an assistant president, able to be relied on when the president is unavailable.
Historian & Secretary
The council historian documents important things the council has done, or memories in general in order to look back on it. The secretary takes note of the activity of councilors and ensures that everyone is doing their duties.
Councillor(s)
The actual student council, the councillors that are vital to make a good running system. They provide ideas, help with events, and make sure the school is safe and a good experience for everyone.

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?:
‘I would separate the said student and explain that everyone was trying to listen to the assembly, and that their behaviour was causing a difficulty for the rest of their fellow students. Of course, assuming they refused to listen I would simply request for them to leave or sit at the back, depending on the importance of the assembly.’
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?:
‘I would simply request for a faculty to intercom the said person and go from there. There is no need for me to chase someone around campus, I would want to keep it as quiet as possible and deal with it once they arrive at the front desk. Naturally, I would remain calm and simply await further opinions from the faculty member as well, maybe they can offer an idea as to how to handle the situation!’
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?:
‘I would ask the teacher what had happened before I act on anything, and ask to speak to the student in private. If the student were to continue disrupting, I would speak to the teacher about giving detention after two warnings. However, this depends heavily on the situation! No matter what, I would always try to listen and talk first, before suddenly handing out a slip or a warning. Communication is important for everything to be handled well!’
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?:
‘I would most likely allow for them to do so with a strict set of rules as to where, how loud, about what, and for how long they could be protesting for. And, if it was a busier day with more faculty or SLT, I would take it up with them first and see their opinion on the matter. My answer for this would depend heavily on the subject they would protest with as well.’
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?:
‘I would apologize and ask what it is they have seen me do that might be against what I was trained for. If it was a misunderstanding, I will explain that and apologise for it. However, if I broke a rule unintentionally, I would make sure to talk about it with one of my higher-ups to ensure it wouldn’t happen again.’
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
‘Outdoor Activity Day’
- The day would start out with students gathering at the center of the gymnasium and being informed of the Outdoor activity day. This day would start out with a short assembly stating where everything is, such as where to find drinks, where to find food or shops. During this day, games such as swim races or archery will be set-up around the school. My vision was for it to be similar to sports day, but with primarly different equipment and sports that you normally do not get to try-out for, and this creates a fun opportunity to get to know different sports and acitivies you might be good at. Maybe one of these things is your calling! I also wanted there to be a ticket system, maybe you get a new book for every game you complete and you can turn them in for prizes like a school backpack or a plushie. The student council could divide themselves amongst the games and monitor that everything is done safely.
- However, I also think maybe a performance from one of the cheer teams could boost publicity, and I feel like the council could collaborate with the sports captains to oversee some of the already existent sports such as volleyball, swim races, baseball, etc. During this event, shops could sell things to do with sports and acitivies such as water bottles, flasks, helmets, maybe even bikes for people to ride on. I was sort of hoping for there to be a possibility to be a bike ride as well (assuming this is possible and will be monitored), where you can take a small tour around Karakura High for a fun time, and an additional chance to meet new people and see things you normally would not even look twice at.

How would you describe your personality?:
'I was unsure what to say, so I simply asked my relatives to tell me. Most have said that I am helpful and direct when needed, and that I have a good amount of patience for others. I am also able to adjust to specific people, and I thrive in a team work environment. I am not always the leader of a group, but I do always act as a sort of secretary that makes sure we all get our stuff done. I am also a big fan of flowers, and I like to decorate homes, I want to be an architect later on in life. I am also kind as much as possible. I find it sad to see when people are rude or disrepectful, I strive to be the opposite of that! I am also quite positive, I have been told people were caught off-guard at first but started warming up to my personality soon enough. Honestly, everyone said very nice words about me, and I do think that mostly, it is true. Of course, I am described differently by everyone as everyones experience is different. But, to put it plain, I am kind, honest, fair, and patient, and I always try to be understanding for others. Thus far, this has worked out for me just fine and I do not intend to change my personality anytime soon!'

'I am organised, I know a few people, and I am extremely patient. I will make sure I hear every aspect of the story before making a verdict, and I will also not hesitate to speak my mind if it is needed for me to do exactly that. I will never be dishonest or state blatant lies, I strive for an honest and fair environment for all parties involed. No matter if its faculty or students, I want to ensure everything goes the way that it should, and I will stand up for what is right!'
Why do you want this position?:
'I want to help people have a safe and good learning environment whilst in their most important time of education. I want people to graduate and know that they could always come to the council for help, I simply wish to be a part of that. I am positive in everything I do, and I want to channel that into doing good things for and with the student council, it is also a good thing for me to learn to be more direct, as I would be upholding rules and likely hosting my own events that I would have to manage on my own one day. These skills are valueable, and I intend to learn them in the student council if I were to be accepted!'
What interests you the most about student council?:
'The chance to offer my creativity and ideas to the council for further events, the chance to be a helping hand for others and to offer a listening ear. I feel like the student council is also a great way to experience being in a more demanding, strict job that requires patience and care to be handled correctly. I feel I am capable of doing that, and my favourite thing about the council is probably the way everything operates: I admire the structure that had been set in place.'
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
'If you mean personality wise, then I would contribute my patience and longing for a fair judgement. However, if you mean an actual idea then I think bringing back the ABC: anti bullying club is one good way to strive for less bullying. Maybe even an assembly regarding treating eachother with respect could be a good way to at least educate others of how they are behaving and making people feel with their actions. In conclusion, I am willing to help with ideas, I want to make the school a better place, and I am a patient lady: something that is a vital part to being a counillor, if you ask me!'
