I would say I’m pretty active. Heh. But I recently came back around mid-July, so it’s only been a month or so. As a player of SRP for a long time since 2019, a lot of things have definitely changed. And that also means my personal life too. You can catch me online around 5 pm onwards on MTHs (Monday & Thursday), as well as TF (Tuesday & Friday). Due to my class schedule, I have adjusted. Of course, if needed, I’m happy enough to share a soft copy of my schedule. I’m only available around those times, my time, since classes have recently started for me. But do not fret; if I find myself super busy, I would file an inactivity log or let a higher-up know in advance. Of course, making up for it afterwards.

What is the student council and what do they do?:
The student council represents the student body. They have authority over students, more like faculty, but they focus more on the students. They also handle school-wide events, making sure the event is coordinated as well as enjoyable for the students, even faculty. The councillors function as a stepping stone as well as a barrier. Not only do they help students in need, but they also discipline those students who disrupt the peacefulness on campus. Handing out detention, if necessary.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
It definitely stemmed from personal interest. I used to be on the college council waaaay back.. so I’ve gotten curious as to how the council in 2026- “functions.” I was able to make this application with an ultimate motive: to broaden my roleplaying experience, once again. It sounds like everyone else’s motivation, I know. But it doesn’t hurt to just apply for something that you used to love doing, right?
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes, of course. I would’ve loved to share my ideas that I had back then, considering that we only had limited access to some events. But now, I’ll definitely be able to come up with even better ideas.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
SLT: The highest power of authority that functions for the school. Consisting of major individuals such as the Principal. Vice-Principal, Dean, Chancellor, etc. They have the power to decide whether or not you’re worth suspending or even expulsion. More or less, they hold power over everybody.
FACULTY: These are the people working for the school, such as teachers and employees. They get paid to do their jobs, obviously. They are able to hand out detentions and, of course, handle the necessary situations with students. Oh, and they play a big role when it comes to councillors, communicating via school radio in case of emergencies and whatnot.
COUNCIL PRESIDENT/S: The ones who lead their team. Presidents of both Spartans and Bobcats basically have the same motive. Making sure that the council is well-brought up and functions smoothly. Carrying the face of the entire school on their hands, they’re called leaders for a reason. By representing the entire school, the face of their council and the image of their team lie on their hands. Thus, they make important decisions for both their team and the rest of the school.
COUNCIL VICE-PRESIDENT/S: Second-in-command to the President, their roles are similar to their leaders. They oversee the team and the roles given to them. Once the president is unavailable, they take charge. They also have enough authority over their council members and students.
TRAINEES: These are basically rookies, the young ones who need to be taught everything and overseen by the team as well as the leaders. Making sure they have what it takes to be on the team. Also, educating them if they’re not knowledgeable in an area. That’s what training is for, isn’t it?
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
Rei could only click her tongue.. Listening very closely to the question, she raised a finger to her chin as she pondered. “Well... a crowd could gather at any moment, so in this scenario could be…” The girl huffed. “I would calmly ask the student to follow me to a more isolated area, away from the assembly.” Looking rather stern. “Then, I would ask them a buuunch of questions as to why they caused a scene. Maybe they had an issue with the assembly, maybe a personal problem, who could really know.. You know?”

The girl would cross her arms. A sigh left her mouth; “Then, if all hell breaks loose, a detention slip here and there wouldn’t hurt, right? Maybe a sticker or two, if they didn’t do anything physical. All that goes well ends well. Hopefully, we’ll be able to settle into an agreement, and everyone will go on their merry way!” The girl beamed. Abruptly, her arms uncrossed as she raised her hands high in the air. What a weirdo.
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
Rei was left wondering. “Well, masks make it hard to only identify the person’s face. So, in that urgent moment, I think communicating through the radio is the number one thing. Describing the students’ height, mannerisms, and even the type of mask they’re wearing could be useful in chasing them down.” Tapping her foot on the ground.
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
Rei looked around the interview room. Then back at the table. Shrugging for a moment before speaking. “I would ask the teacher to call the attention of that student. If it works, then maybe a personal one-on-one conversation with that student could suffice. I would ask them not to do it again, and maybe threaten them with detention if they do it again. That’s one of the main reasons, right? Right.” A huff left her mouth. “If things go physical, they would have to face SLT at that point. To protect the other students in the room, we would have to ask the teacher to dismiss the class early and carry on from there. In hopes of the situation dying down.”
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Rei blinked and shrugged. “Well, as a councillor, obviously staying neutral is the best thing to do in this situation. Without favoring the protest, as well as not being against it, seems the most plausible thing to do.” Rei motioned with her hand, back and forth. “While yes, students are allowed to have a voice of their own, they must also understand that not everyone will be on their side or even against them. That’s just how things are.” Another sigh left her mouth. This girl loves to sigh a lot, huh? “If we’re being logical here, asking the student body for permission to stage a protest would not suffice. They would need to talk to someone more high up, maybe a Dean? Heck, even a Faculty member could do it. We may be the student body, but we have a duty to stay neutral at all times. You know?” The girl rambled.. Shifting her hand back down onto the table, tapping it twice. “If I really have to monitor.. This so-called protest, then sure. But that’s that.”
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
The girl let out a laugh. Wow. “If a faculty member questioned the training that was given to me by my lovely president or even other council members, well.. What else is there to do but.. I don’t know, explain? Or maybe negotiate in a sense.” The girl clicked her tongue. “You know, Faculty definitely have their own training done; councillors most likely have their own training too. Everyone has a common goal: to ensure the school is an environment for everyone. Am I wrong?” Tapping her finger on the table. “I would explain that to the teacher or the faculty who questions my ability as a Councillor. Of course, I wouldn’t take it personally, seeing as they too are just doing their service. But at most, I would question it. If it goes 180, then maybe I would tell them that I’d receive more training if necessary, if it doesn’t fit their standards. Or something.” The girl finished, shrugging again.

Blueprint Brigade!
THE IDEA:
“Blueprint Brigade consists of all student-leaders coming together, for both Spartans and Bobcats.” The more the merrier, am I right? “This could include: Club Leaders, Team Captains, and of course, our students. With this, the student council serves as the facilitators.” They have the highest authority, right? “With this in mind. Blueprint Brigade is almost like... from what the name suggests, a Blueprint! The brigade remains committed to equipping each student leader with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to make meaningful contributions for the student community. Each proposal should be well-planned and beneficial not only for student leaders but, of course, the students of Karakura. Ensuring that each proposal carries the weight of each student by being diverse, solid, and thorough.”
“Each leader from their respective teams (maybe it be Club or Sport teams) gathers up their teams, comes up with a suggestion or a proposal I would like to call it, the council helps in guiding them or helps in revising the proposal, then once the council approves of it, they suggest it to SLT. It's really as easy as that.” This way, everyone gets to brainstorm, teamwork is evident, and their ideas get suggested to the higher-ups, who knows really? “I believe everyone in school has their own ideas that are dying to be voiced. The councillors could make that happen. Collaboration is bound to happen, and everyone gets a win-win. It's most likely, though, that some proposals will be denied, but do not fret. They can be improved or even suggested to become a better idea, so it's not really a loss!”
INTERCOM:
The intercom could start as this: "[Intercom] This is it, fellow students of Karakura! You, yes you! Are you itching for your idea to be voiced? Then what else are you waiting for? Hopefully you got the memo; see you at the Blueprint Brigade!"

“If I’m honest? I think I’m a mix of extrovert and introvert. When I want to, I can be the most talkative person you’ll ever, I mean EVER, meet. But sometimes, I get overstimulated when too many mouths speak at once, so my social battery depletes. I’m often told I’m hard to resist, so maybe that’s a bonus? “Well... obviously, I play the part. I’m a pretty straightforward person. I’ll do my best- well, not best, but a thousand-percent best at my duties. Placing maximum effort. And become.. Disciplined in a way, maybe rebel once in a while. Joking, joking, of course. Cut that out from the interview, yeah? Anyways, I’m definitely fit for a role like this; I’m confident I can carry out my duties well. Hopefully, you consider me. Thanks a bunch!”
Why do you want this position?:
“Honestly? I’ve encountered some horrible scenarios myself, inside and even outside school. So, I just want to be one of those people that the other students can look up to, a role model, you know? I definitely can be a model too. Well, what can I say? Anywho, I want to become a member of the student body, just ‘cause. I think it’s the right thing, almost a calling, you know?”
What interests you the most about student council?:
“How it functions. What kind of teammates they consist of. You know, just pure curiosity. I find the student body an interesting bunch. They represent the school and function almost like influential people. That makes them interesting. I want to be a part of being interesting.”
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
“Well, the school should be a safe and fun environment for everyone. I would give my maximum effort to making sure that the school stays that way. Of course, I would offer a helping hand and an ear to those who need it. I would contribute by being someone they can look up to if they find themselves alone in some situations.”
