Describe your activity on the server:
I would say that I am incredibly active as of the moment. I haven't had much work or school work to apprehend so I've had a lot of time in my hands as I wait. I'm usually constantly on through out the weeks and months. I also am in a sports team on this account which is HS Swim and also do things such as tailoring on Thrift Shop Auction that keep me fairly occupied! I do tend to walk around and try to find roleplay but sometimes fail and just end up chilling on the server or try to find something else to do.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I believe I started playing SRP about seven years ago? But I'd say I had a tremendous amount of different kinds of roleplay for a while even before playing on this server. Before SRP, I used to roleplay in Creative servers and even regular Minecraft servers such as Hypixel. I'd say I roleplayed in other servers before SRP for almost four years. I've also had my fair share with roleplaying games like DnD and sometimes Magic: The Gathering!
I even used to roleplay with friends on Minecraft on the Playstation and different online games like Little Big Planet 2 and 3. I'd say that I've made over a trillion characters and never failed to give them good backgrounds and/or detail them greatly. On SRP, I've had a couple of different experiences in different factions with EMS not being one of them. I've been a Professor, KPD(For like a month...), A college student when they used to have applications instead of exams for College, recently got Tutor, and even a ton of different sports teams I've been accepted to join! I know the qualities and principles of having a good and serious roleplay when I need to and plan on applying the skills and experience I have already to make a great experience as a Doctor for others around me and myself as well!
What is your motivation for applying?
I've had this intense and undying love for Medicine since I was younger. Hell, I have bought books that not a lot of people buy that are about medicine or anatomy/some other medical science. I'm trying to actually get into school as well for BioMed to try to get into the medical field, so when I saw EMS for the first time on SRP I instantly wanted to be apart of such a community. It has taken me some time to do so because of how many times I've missed the openings for apps and such but it's been something I've wanted to try for so long. Plus I will be able to roleplay with others in a position I'd love to be in ICLY and OOCLY, giving a ton of individuals a great roleplay experience with my character and theirs. Either if it's a co-worker or patient, I drive to give myself and others an amazing roleplay.
In conclusion, my main reasons and motivations for applying to EMS will always be my love/drive for Medicine and my second love for roleplaying and giving others a good ol' experience in said roleplay!
Which role are you applying for?
I am applying for the Doctor position!
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
| Doctor | A doctor is an individual who is intensely trained to complete certain procedures depending on their specialty. Most go to school for about ten years or more to become a practicing physician. The procedures they can do go up to casting up and fixing broken bones all the way to doing a complex neuro surgery. Doctors can also do a lot of check ups on certain patients that may need the extra attention, and even do them for different factions like KPD! |
| Paramedic | A paramedic is obviously the EMT of Karakura. They respond to 110 calls for assistance and help with all types of medical on the road issues. I hear that they can also do both Doctor and Psychiatrist procedures; Paramedics are also the only roles in EMS that can patrol and leave the hospital! |
| Psychiatrist | A psychiatrist is an individual who is also trained to do certain actions in a hospital but these actions are deeply different from a regular doctor's position. They work more into the mind and mental of individuals that may be patients that come into the hospital. They can do evaluations like a doctor could but only the kind that remain around someone's emotional or mental status. |
I also have seen a Director and Deputy Director get online a couple times and I can only assume that they do the exact same actions as some of these roles I've mentioned but also control the whole hospital as an establishment, keeping everything in check and making sure all roles are being played out correctly within the community.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I do understand and acknowledge this.

Character Backstory (Optional):
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?
OOC:
I believe Hiro with his heart condition and life experience is wanting to help and assist others with similar or worse issues such as his. AFib doesn't go away once it's started. It can only be shimmered down with medicine and/or specific procedures that are needed to be done. I also oocly have AFib and really love Medicine; I also want to go to school for it, a specialty I would of picked if I was Hiro would of been Cardiology as well. He'd like to be more of an all-arounder but his sole specialty would totally be Cardiovascular.
IC:
Muhito would smile at the application, thinking of all the accomplishments and challenges he's had to endure. Thinking of his birth and his past leading him up to this very question. He'd write on the paper.
"You see, I was actually born with a heart condition called AFib. Rare for newborns to be born with it but it is possible. And with time my AFib settled down as I went under some procedures. Growing up and learning about my family's health history and how the heart seems to be one of our cores as humans, I've decided to pick Cardiology. I want to be able to assist and save lives of others with similar or symptoms that be worse for the great or good of Karakura's Society. I'm also very into Trauma or Emergency Medicine and say Family Medicine would be my third pick, giving you a top three."
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Hiro would tap the pen against his head as he then wrote down his experience on paper.
"Yes, I do have some work experience! In college and med school I was in a ton of programs that gave me the opportunity and chances to be in different medical positions such as being a medical lab assistant, doing pharmaceutical work for a hospital, and even being a physician's assistant for a bit too!"
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

His Looks and Personality:
Hiro Muhito was a sort of slender semi muscular male that stood up to about the tall size of 6'5". He is also Chinese x Japanese mix coming from America, born and raised. He has amazing, luscious, healthy hair that went down his back and torso, taking a color of green and very dark brown mashing it together. He had ink that stappled his skin from his neck all the way down to his hips and fingertips. He had a certain kind of swag to him and his clothing, giving off a kind of boss and scary undertone. His eyes were a light grey-ish hazel and he had piercings all over his face plus his ears. His facial features were sharp and almost model-like, giving people a combination of fear and attraction. He usually smelt like expensive cologne and a slight hint of tobacco.
His personality was hitched and secluded. He didn't usually have friends growing up except for when he was younger like in Elementary or High School. He sort of struggled socially but could still talk to others within his social battery range. He had a scary look to him because of his style and tattoos. He usually was a chill lad and always remained calm and collected especially in dire situations such as a life dying. You can tell he would usually stick to himself more but possibly wouldn't mind having to team up if he had to for success and the continuation of his path. He is definitely loving and caring of not only his family but also strangers! Especially strangers in need of help!
His Uniqueness:
I would think that Hiro has many differences and many unique traits about himself that could be similarities or not to other people. His sharpness is a skill he has that helped him make it to the top, his sharpness doesn't just mean his brain, his senses as well are sharper than blades that can cut metal pipes; sometimes it's like as if he has all thirty-three distinct senses that a human can have. Not to mention his drive.. but Hiro would continue an action that he believes needs to be done until IT. IS. FINISHED. He cannot be a quitter for his own sake, unless it couldn't be helped and was out of his hands. Hiro also has the ability to explain complex terms and subjects to any kind of person, having a so-called "Radical Empathy."
Mr. Muhito's curiosity has to be his most prone trait and skill on the field of medicine, even with his years of training and learning while also not being a doctor yet; He has the mind of a curious individual that's thirst is for knowledge. Needing to have that thirst quenched with new intel and information, he has a huge storage box of a brain. Being able to process such intel at complex speeds and compacities, I'd say he takes the gold medal.
How He's Perceived:
I'd say that most are definitely intimidated by him, but not only by his raging looks, either because he's attractive or scary looking; but his intelligence also intimidates others around him. Some feel the need to one up him and others feeling calmier around him knowing they have a brain that could possibly solve any problem if need be and that it's there in the establishment they stand in. It's always a 50/50 train with strangers and individuals. Sometimes people could tell he has a caring demeanor while some others think he looks like a possible demon roaming the earth for fun. Some people aren't that scared of him and can actually hold a conversation with him while others may naturally defecate in their slacks just standing near him in his presence; but I promise the guy is a sweetheart and loves the idea of saving lives!
How does your character act around the hospital?
Hiro in a hospital is usually like a kid at a candy store. He loves being at the hospital no matter the situation, rather if it's him being at the hospital because he broke something or him being there for someone else; He is always constantly looking around and admiring the place. Even in the times where he's scouting around looking at equipment and procedures for fun, he still remains respectful and aware of his surroundings unlike a child. He knows that so many individuals have died there and many respectable ones work there. He must keep himself in check and responsible as he is at the heart of a city.
Hiro, if in the red chair of a medical professional; He is usually prepared, confident in his actions, empathetic for any patients or citizens, and also quick on his feet to make sure everyone is accounted for. As you hear the word 'Professional', He may be the very definition of such a term to this practice we call Medicine. During his time during his programs in college and med school, he was training all kinds of skills and traits to have in the medical field no matter what position you're in; Doctor, Nurse, heck even Hospital Janitor. You must still remain resilient and calm for most of your time being at such an establishment because you never know what will go down there.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
I would say Hiro totally functions better at a pace of his own; but with Hiro being more of an all-rounder kind of medical professional, he is totally fine with working around others and with others. He wouldn't find any need to start anything up unless the person is voluntarily messing them up in important actions such as surgeries and procedures that require to be done in a certain way. Talking about him doing things on his own, it is easier for him to do so because he is able to move at his own pace meaning, if need be he can move quite a lot quicker if he didn't have to mimic the movement of another colleague. Hiro knows it would be foolish to work at a hospital expecting to only work on your own, Team work and groups are undefiable when it comes to medicine. You'll have a whole surgical team with the doctor, you can't just have one doctor doing all the work in the operating room.

I wanted to thank you for reviewing my app and at least giving it a chance even if it doesn't or does get accepted!
I know, I kind of sent out my app around a time where they wont be checked since they already did their batch but I just got tired of missing on the opportunity, this is something I really want to do because of my insane love for medicine and even if it's a bit earlier for the next batch to be checked, I'll still do it heh...
Thank you for your understanding. <3
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I do understand and acknowledge this.

Character Backstory (Optional):
It was February 25th of the year 2000. The sky was a dim darkness as a shooting star would fly over a hospital in Austin, Texas. A row of babies in hospital bassinets but one in particular shined brighter than the others. Or maybe it was all the medical machinery that was connected to his body surrounding him. Hiro Muhito was the baby's name I believe. Hiro was born with a heart condition that may continue throughout his life, called Atrial Fibrillation (AFib.)
Now, with Atrial Fibrillation there isn't usually a case of something that'll return within a baby unless there is a family history of AFib. Hiro's family had a large history of different kinds of heart issues causing some elders of the family, longing death; Some even around the ages of 40-60 as well! Hiro as a newborn baby did recover from that heart scare and started to grow within that condition and within his life.
Elementary School, Hiro was prone and attached to his doctor toy set and never stopped playing with it when he was at home. He had many GATE(Gifted and Talented Education) or TAG(Talented and Gifted) classes within his elementary school in Texas. He seem to be one of those kids with a higher IQ than normal students. Hiro's IQ was tested by his family as they were pushed to do so from his teachers. The results coming back being mailed to their small home in a mildly rough city, He had a 150 IQ rating, being at a moderately gifted scale. Growing up with this skill of a brain, Hiro had to somewhat act normal as he was labeled something totally different from the adults, but not wanting to belittle any of his friends and classmates.
Getting into High School, Hiro had no problem with being accepted to one of the most prestigious high schools ever in Austin. He easily aced all of his tests and quizzes and even was top grade of each grade he had entered within each year he had. Hiro did decide to push himself back a grade to be able to move more timidly to actually experience his high school life and to not leave his friends behind too soon. Even with all that, he did still graduate high school at the age of 17, He instantly decided to get into a community college after rather than one with a better education and/or higher brand.
And with his community college experience, He also was fairly acing it with an absurd speed. He had regular classes and assignments, Majoring in BioMed. He studied and studied, passed test to test, and even got some tutors for an additional and different view of things revolving around the education he was learning. Hiro was on a roll with his studies, but while in college Hiro thought about possibly getting into med school and specializing in Cardiology because of his heart condition and his strive for knowledge. He'd work hard through college and made it to the entrance of med school where he would fly to Tokyo, Japan to be in their high-end med schools. He did the entrance exam for one of the best schools and slid right in.
Now, Hiro was in med school and already know what he wanted to specialize in. As he was in school he was also in many programs that gave him on the job experience and trainings for the real thing. He worked and worked his butt off with studying, exams, and programs that give him a shot in positions and experiences he's never thought he'd be placed in. He'd gain a good amount of experience in certain medical positions such as being in a medical lab, doing pharmaceutical work for the hospital and facilities, and even sometimes being a physician's assistant! Him showing promising brain power and knowledge gave him some lee way and gave him unexpected opportunities such as the program involving him being a physician's assistant.
He'd continue to ace his med school and ended up graduating with a master's in Medicine and Surgery. He'd sit down after a few weeks of graduating to figure what programs and hospital residencies he'd like to eye. Some reason the small ol' town of Karakura kept getting his attention, "It's not bad to start of small.." He'd thought constantly, especially with such a big come up he's had. He'd apply there and shortly even moved there from Tokyo. In a few more weeks, he was accepted and greeted by the hospital crew with open arms!
