I can't speak a Language that I got accepted for?

So, I recently made an application to learn German, which got accepted. Though, when I use the Language commands on the Server, it just says ' you cannot speak German'. Any help please.

really easy! do ./ticket open and ask like
hey can u give me the lang please? ^_^ (link for the app)
and boom after they give u, u will be able to use it
