a large part of what makes srp feel immersive and realistic comes from the teachers who actively participate in the community. Since the server is centered around a school setting, staff members who take on teaching roles help create structure, interaction, and meaningful roleplay for students. Their presence keeps classes, events, and student life engaging instead of the school feeling empty or inactive. In many ways, teachers are the backbone of the server because a school environment cannot realistically operate without them, just like in real life lol. I mean imagine if you walked into a school on monday and no faculty were there??? LOL

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
Svets motivation for becoming a Teacher:
New-Project-29.png

♡ So Svet grew up in a very strict household where discipline came before almost everything else. His father was the type of man who believed hard work and education decided whether someone would succeed or struggle later in life. Missing assignments, low grades, or being LAZY around the house was never accepted. From a VERY VERY young age, Svet was constantly pushed to focus on school, stay organized, and think seriously about his future. Because of that pressure, he honestly grew to hate learning when he was younger. To him, school just felt exhausting and forced, like something he had no choice but to deal with every day rather than something enjoyable lol.

── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──

That started changing around the age of 11.

♡ Near his home there was an older man Svet used to see often at a small restaurant his family visited. Most of the time Svet would just sit there silent while the old man talked to him. Sometimes the conversations were random and simple at first, but eventually the old man started opening up more and telling stories about his life whenever Svet sat near him. He talked about places he traveled to, people he met over the years, mistakes he made when he was younger, and moments in life that slowly shaped him into the person he became. Sometimes he would go on about wars, old cities, historical leaders, or traditions from the past, but he never explained things in some BORING textbook way. The way he talked made everything sound REAL and PERSONAL instead of just dates on paper lol. He talked about history like it actually mattered because real people lived through those moments. Svet became more interested every time he listened..

♡ The old man especially loved talking about his family. No matter what story he told, he always came back to how much he wanted his children and grandchildren to succeed in life. He thought people should continue learning no matter how old they got because history repeats itself when people stop paying attention to it. Those conversations slowly stayed in Svet’s mind wayyy more than he realized at the time.

── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──

♡ When Svet was 13, the old man passed away.
For a long time, that hit him harder than he expected. After hearing that news, something finally clicked in his head. He realized those conversations were one of the only times learning had ever made him feel genuinely interested or excited before. History stopped feeling like random useless information teachers forced onto students. Nope. To him, it became a way of understanding why the world is the way it is and how the people before him shaped everything around him over generations. It brought out a side of him nobody really noticed before. Like a very very emotional side :).

♡ From that point on, Svet threw himself deeply into studying history. He spent hours researching historical events online at home, reading books way above his grade level, staying awake late at night watching documentaries, and even getting tutors to help him understand topics deeper. Instead of studying because he was forced to, he started studying because he genuinely wanted to learn more. Over the years, history became more than just another school subject to him. It became something personal heh.

── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──

♡ Eventually, Svet transferred to Karakura Japan, hoping to continue pursuing that passion and eventually help other people learn the same way he once did. He never wanted to become the kind of teacher who just reads from slides or repeats dry facts nobody remembers 20 minutes later. His goal has always been to make history classes feel alive and actually enjoyable, where students can participate, ask questions, laugh, and have a good time instead of staring at the clock waiting for class to end. He thinks people learn better when they are actually interested in what they are
being taught, and he wants his classroom to feel memorable instead of forced. <3

In-Character Section

What's your character's full name?: Svet Yaroslav Kuznetsov
What is your character's age?: 18
What is your preferred subject to teach?: History

Describe your character:
݁ ˖Ი⋆
♡ He has a calm but naturally serious presence around him. His dark messy hair usually falls over part of his face, with dark green streaks standing out through it. He has pale skin and normally wears cleaner, more formal clothing like white shirts, darker pants, and softer colored ties, giving him a more MATURE appearance compared to most people around him. His expression often looks tired or deep in thought, which can make him seem intimidating at first glance hah.

♡ Despite that tho, Svet is actually pretty friendly once people speak to him. He enjoys genuine conversations, listens more than he talks, and tries to keep a comfortable bubble around others. He especially likes making learning feel engaging instead of overly strict or miserable.

♡ Even so, he still has clear boundaries. While he can joke around and be relaxed, he does not tolerate constant disrespect or people ruining things for others. He rarely raises his voice, but when he becomes serious, the change in his tone alone is usually enough for people to understand him.. (¬`‸´¬)

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
♡ He would first try explaining the topic in a different way instead of immediately blaming the student for not understanding. He knows not everyone learns the same way, so he would probably use examples or comparisons or visuals, or even small stories to make the lesson easier to follow. If the student still struggled, he would stay after class or offer extra help whenever possible. He tries to make students feel comfortable asking questions instead of feeling embarrassed for not understanding something right away. At the same time though, he still expects effort from them. He is patient with students who genuinely try, but not with people who refuse to put any effort in at all lol.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
♡ At first, He would probably give the student a warning without making a huge scene in front of the class. He prefers keeping things calm and controlled instead of instantly yelling or escalating. If the behavior kept continuing, his tone would become noticeably more serious and direct. He would make it clear that joking around is fine in moderate, but disrupting lessons and preventing others from learning crosses the line. Depending on how far it goes, he would separate the student from friends, give consequences, or remove them from the classroom if necessary. Even while being strict, he would still try understanding why the student is acting out instead of immediately treating them like a bad person. (¬_¬")

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
⭑.ᐟ Interactive Classroom Learning(Done mostly) : He will walk around the classroom while teaching instead of staying at the front the entire lesson. He often uses hand movements and visual explanations while describing historical events to make topics feel easier to picture and be immersed. During lessons, he also likes asking students questions around the room to see what they already know and keep the class involved instead of simply talking at them the WHOLE time.

⭑.ᐟ Historical Reenactments (Fun activity) : He would have students take part in small reenactments of important historical events so they can better understand what happened and how people during that time may have felt.
