Items dissapeared?

I had a brown bag with an item in it; a welding mask in it and It was in the top of my invo, however after messing about I go to look in my inventory to see that It's missing? I was wondering if it was some sort of glitch? My account did seem to be glitching through out the day after re-connecting and connecting quite a few times repeated.

The only proof of this I have is this;

However this did happen around; 1;50am-2;00am (BST) 31/07/2019

You need video evidence so you can get your items back or a picture of your death screen with the items in your hot bar. This is purely to stop people from duping items, etc..

If you have any of those then you should DM a senior admin as they are the people who can give you your stuff back. If you don’t know who the senior admins are just look at the playerlist on the discord and it’ll show you the ones who are online.
