In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The role I’m Applying for is Nurse. If Students fall, injured, ill, scratched up or even in difficult situations. It’s our duty to help out. The nurse office can also be used for students who have conflict with one another. To get both sides of the story. If a student is too injured or sick, calling the 110 hotline for a paramedic arrives to take the student to hospital.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have experience of HospitalRP for 6 months. I’ve been Rping on the server for almost 6 years. Embarrassing enough, I try to do Roblox roleplaying. Um, just a lot of minecraft Rp in general.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would like to join the faction because it's a lot more flexible. I believe it works with my schedule. And since I already have experience in a similar field of work, I believe I’ll get the hang of work flow pretty quickly.

/me would hold her ground facing face to face with the student. Hearing them babbling non-stop. Mid-way through the student rant, she pulled out her radio for assistance. /rw “This is Sanbuono speaking, I have a student here, On the second floor, near the library, being disrespectful. Yelling Inappropriate language. Please if anyone is available to help out, I’d appreciate it.” /me Lowered her radio, holding radio near her ear, waiting for a response. Still hearing out the student until they calm down. Seeing the student calming down, she spoke. “ Are you done? Cause I am. You're getting detention. For disrupted behavior and inappropriate language. Any complaints or questions?” Again stood her ground. She wasn’t giving warning to a student who reacted unreasonably and is aware of their actions. Stood her ground more, as she waited for help to arrive.
/me Her attention was caught by the yelling. Stepping away from her desk, went to investigate. Discovering the source of the yelling, two students in a fight. Quickly grabbed her radio for help. /rw “Fight on first floor to the left of the front office. Anyone available quickly!” /me lowers the radio approaching the situation. Her being 4ft tall, it's difficult to deal with a fighting situation, interfering wise. Once the appropriate help arrives calming down the situation. Sanbuono brought the first aid kit. First treating the minor scratches on each student separately. Applying ointment and disinfectant to their wounds. Making sure no infection or possible scarring would be left behind. While attending each student, Sanbuono talked to each individually, gathering information on their side of the story. To gather a conclusion on the situation. Depending on the outcome, students would pay the appropriate consequences.
/me Observing her coworkers. Growing concerns of their actions. Sanbuono approaches them, tapping them on the shoulder. “May I speak to you, in a more private area.” The coworker agrees, going to a classroom or the staff break room. Sanbuono would stand across from the coworker, keeping her distance. “As a fellow coworker of yours I respect you for doing your job. But as a Nurse, I care about the safety and well being of the students. I ask you to fix your behavior as an adult and remodel.” In a strict tone, the expression appeared to be angered. “ I can’t stand by and watch the students' view and follow the example displayed in front of them. I will report this to the Higher ups, If there are no changes. This is my last and final warning from me. For I do care for the student, and who is a good and bad example for their future.” Standing her ground, for she could not stand for this. Ready to set action in defense.

Backstory
The story begins 2 years ago. (just to add up with the nursing diploma.) Reckon has turned in her leave to the hospital after 6 months of being employed . Which was causing her stress, anxiety and not having much time for herself. Noticing these signs, she knew it was her time to depart from the EMS faction. But her career of following the medical path was one that she couldn’t avoid. Reckon returned back to school, traveling back to UCLA to receive her Diploma in Nursing. There she applied for her classes and begin her journey once more. Studied Public health, Business/Health Administration, Psychology/Sociology n Nutrition. Spending the next two years she faced her challenges. Life always coming with surprises. A couple months into the year Reckon grandmother passed away. After a month of composing her self, headed stright to the books. Using motivation of her grandmother passing. In a good way of course. Finally earning her diploma. As she achieve this goal, Reckon took it upon herself to participate in diferent facility. To gain the experience required needed. She worked in months or during vacations as elder homes or helping public medical factions as a volenteer. After two months in each facility, Reckon gain knowledge and wisdom. Plus above everything else she learned from her previous schooling and hospital experience. Wanting to apply to a similar job in the medical field but with more accessibility time, she researched in applying for a school nursing. Searching the benefits, times, and pay. She was pretty much conviced. "Very nice, finally something flexible and manageable." She thought herself. After her few days of research and consulting with a friend that worked in this line of work before. Convinced she can fully strive to achieve this job and hopefully more. Finishing her application, hoping for the best results.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation? I enjoy working. I enjoy what I do. How I do my job. Helping those who need the proper help. Of course it helps me to understand the students. But also understand the functions, paperwork, and relationships between coworkers.Through out my 6 months being in the EMS Faction where everyday is a new experience, I happily take on new challenges and interactions. I just need to stay motivated at work and also have enough time for myself.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Honestly, I can not compete with other applicants. For we have different experiences that lead us to this point. I can only vouch for myself. I, Reckon Rosa Sanbuono, believe that I’m qualified for this position. I have the experience, communication ability, and knowledge to fulfil my duties and more. Yes, I may not be perfect. I hold my fair share of moments, the good and the bad. I’ve experienced what most call a profoundly personal experience, that can be too much to bear. In the deepest pride and self respect for myself. I very much believe I am qualified for such a role in this faction.
