Describe your activity on the server:
As I have been on this server not that long I have tried to dabble into SchoolRP the most as it’s the name of the server. I did a lot of intense classrooms with the Homework function getting my main character all the way up to College Masters and tried attending a few Sports tryouts, but as nice as those are, I want the freedom to be outside of the school and do something completely new. Something that always interested me was the city faction and I have had interactions with each branch, and I thought that Government would be where I fit. I know that town is the most important faction consisting of Shrine, Government, News, and Shop. I have always seen how Government is normally empty and I want to fill that role for the server if given the opportunity, as it’s something I am pursuing OOCly, and I can use those skills ICly within the faction and roleplay interactions.

What is your motivation for applying?:
As I stated previously Government is something I am pursuing OOCly and I know how tense that can be, but this motivation can be seen as a learning experience and my first faction to join of choice would be Government itself. I do understand I am a newer player, but I want to broaden my horizons and try out something I am interested in and hopefully move up with the faction.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?: Yes, I have this understanding and I know the laws of Karakura.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
As I’ve seen before with the Government Faction most of the time it is offline or inactive to someone who is newer to SRP, and I want that to change. I think that Government in any world, fictional or non-fiction, is the most important thing. The decision of right and wrong and justice overall, I want to bring more light to the Government faction and examples of this being, allowing people to have their kids adopted ‘legally’ along with giving newer players their identifications and even get to participate in a trial which I still have not seen. I do wish to also climb the ranks in Government and maybe climb up to Deputy-Mayor.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction: Starting off with the role I know the most about which is Judge, this role not only attends the trails but reviews all the evidence provided, issues a warrant if needed, and approves paperwork for ‘legal’ adoption. Next off would-be Lawyer, this role focused on the prosecution and defending during said cases, they also can hold meetings with clients, and file legal documents like restraining orders. Lastly, would be Governor, which they can hand out IDs, create official marriages, and get the public’s opinions with surveys.
Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
Yes, I accept this and I understand that can be anytime.

I have read the Faction Rules for Government, and I accept them and I will uphold myself to them.

Interviewer: “Do you have a preferred title Moreau? Or any pronoun preference?”
C: “I’m glad you asked, first off, I go by he/they and for title I go by ‘Mr.’ thank you for asking.

Interviewer: “Alright then Mr. Moreau, how old are you?”
*A light grin appeared on Moreau’s face, always that question*
C: “I am 29 years old, almost 30.”

Interviewer: “Lovely to hear, now what exactly is your date of birth?”
C: “March 19th, 1997.”
*Moreau was confident and quick to answer the anxiety now fully gone*
Academic Background:
Interviewer: “Perfect now tell me about your academic background.”
*Moreau thought for a moment and responded confidently to his ability*
C: “Well to get started I have a master’s degree in law, along with a bachelor’s in social sciences. I studied for both at Toulouse, France at Toulouse University Capitole, I studied there for quite a bit and even had an internship as a Secretary at the City Hall in Toulouse. I was very fortunate to get this opportunity, and I am very proud of it.”
Work experience:
Interviewer: “Very interesting now... tell me about some work experience you have?”
*Moreau took a breath to collect his thoughts and brought his hands up to the top of the desk*
C: “Well with the Secretary job at the Toulouse city hall, I was in charge of how things ran exactly and timing out events and setting meetings, all the work inside of a city hall, which I believe is similar to the Secretary job. But, just on some other experience I’ve worked at a bakery I’ve had some minor jobs also with a convince store while I was younger to make ends meet in my family in France.

Interviewer: “I’m going to assume since you have so much experience in France this next question is going to be easy, but we do need your nationality along with your birthplace.”
C: “Right you are, I am a French national, but my birthplace was not Toulouse but Grenoble, I moved around a lot during the thousands, and I ended up in Japan in twenty nineteen when I finished my master’s degree. I stuck with it and I have stayed here since.
Criminal record:
Interviewer: “That’s nice and everything but we need to know and be honest with us. Do you have any sort of Criminal record.”
*Moreau seeded a bit taken away by the question, his face seeming confused, but he answered confidently*
C: “I think if someone has a criminal record and tried to get a government-based job, they shouldn’t even be accepted for an interview. I personally do not have one, or EVER plan to get one. I am true to justice, and I would rather never be going down that path.”
What makes you a good candidate for this job?:
Interviewer: *Looking over their clipboard with questions down on the paper, their eyes dart upwards to the man inspecting them* “Well Mr. Christophe, this is the final question and make this one count. Why do YOU make a good candidate for this position?”
C: *Moreau would stay quiet for a moment, collecting all his thoughts, a breath taken as his lungs exhaled everything as a weight could be felt lifted from his chest*
“Well, the truth is, I’ve noticed in Karakura how things are, just getting an ID was pretty difficult, getting someone over here to fill out some paperwork, the attitude citizens have in this city, I know it can be better, now in no way am I perfectionist or someone who is perfect, but I am eager I am motivated to be better. I want the city to be better to have justice to have the chance to say, wow I am treated fairly. My voice is heard, my thoughts, my opinions, and my voice matter. Nothing can change that, people should always be treated fairly, and I will make sure of that. If that is the last question I thank you for your time.”
