[Apartment Aesthetics]

The city of Karakura sits on an island, surrounded by mountains on all sides but one.
As the days go on, and the city grows older the city has developed more and more
over time. Karakura has its own school system, going from Elementary which sits
just outside the mountains, to the high school and college building that sits centered
in the middle of the city. With the rising population of people moving in, the city
has scattered numerous apartment complexes across the area.

In this report we will be going around the city to look at some of the wonderful
apartment complexes that the city has to offer. We will be going over where these
apartments are, what their price ranges are, what activities these complexes have
around them to make them so popular.

[Shopping District]

Our first stop today will be Karakuras own Shopping District. In this area we have 5 different apartment complexes to choose from, we have our penthouses that just sit in the very back of the district, and complex f1 through f4 that surround the rest of the district. With a price range of 50,000 yen to 100,000, these apartments are quite popular which makes their place at the top of our list the perfect spot.

Now, what makes these apartments so popular? First let’s start off with their interior size.
The penthouses at the back of the shopping district are the largest apartments
our city has to offer. With complexes F1 through F4 also being larger sized
apartments for a reasonable price helps flock in the possible residences to the location.

Along with this location, along with the name of the area, the complexes are surrounded by a multitude of shops and restaurants on the inside of the shopping district. Along with the center of the shopping district having a beautiful centerpiece with picnic blanket and picnic tables. Just right outside the shopping district we have Karakuras Bobcat Bowling Alley, with our forest just sitting on the other side where you can
find the city’s own shrine sitting atop the mountain.
[Beach Front]1713916369571.png

We go from the mountains and to the beach side of our beautiful city. These complexes
sit along the beach side facing the ocean from behind, so residences can easily see the ocean from their balconies. Complex A through complex E sit at 50,000 yen a month, making them cheap for their size and locations.

These apartments may seem bland on the exterior, but from the ground the balconies of their residents are quite beautiful. The apartments are also decently sized in the interiors, making them perfectly cozy for multiple people to live quaint together in their apartments.

While the Shopping District has more shops around them, the Beach Complexes have more popular spots and activities to do around them. In close proximity to Complex A, B, and C we have the stadium where the townsfolk can play football with their friends, as well as the pier where carnival rides reside along with the city’s own Rotasu Music, the popular music shop that sits on the pier. Scattered along the beachside we also have volleyball courts, a basketball court, and Karakura’s own water park right behind the KPD.

[Business District]

Last, but not least is the Business District of Karakura. Here we have a large range of apartment complexes, ranging from large to small both in interior sizes and price ranges. This area of the city truly feels like a city landscape, with the buildings being close together, along with the billboards, lights, and LED signs scattered everywhere. Monthly rent prices range from 50,000 yen to 250,000 yen.

The Business District has something to offer everyone who loves the city landscape. Want a smaller sized apartment, or maybe even a larger apartment to have roommates, well it nearly as it all. Despite the crowded buildings, it has a feeling of home and familiarity.

Along with both the Shopping District and the Beach line, these apartments are scattered with different shops and activities. Along with sitting directly along or behind the hospital, you can easily find the gym, arcade, movie theater, public library, even the News Station.

As we come to a conclusion, people can now see why these were our top three apartment complexes.
With everyone having different aesthetic preferences, we could not simply just have one.
