Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are a very core part of SRP. Without them, where is the S in SRP? They provide immersion, and fun roleplay for everyone else! Along with that, they also provide balance, because without them, and other staff I do not doubt that school time would just be... Gangrp.
Along with that, I notice that the newer players tend to lean more towards people with the Teacher tag for assistance, which I genuinely enjoy providing.

Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: My motivation to becoming a Teacher is because I genuinely miss the faction. Ever since leaving, I have never found roleplay as fulfilling as teaching. I think teaching is the best for me because how simple yet complex it can be at the same time. I loved being a member of the school faculty. All my favorite memories are from my time as a Teacher, even outside of school it provides such fun roleplay, and I've missed it.
