Starting in the end of 2024, I have been playing for a long time. I have, taken a couple breaks (One for about 2 months in the start of 2025) And one for two weeks. Along with, a break this month. Though I have been coming back a bit, planning on being active within the Hospital community!

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Well, I have experience with roleplay from a long time. Starting from when I start SRP, to now! I have learned how to roleplay from friends, and a lot of experience from GangRP! I've learned to stay in character and Never take things oocly, if it is Icly. And just make things realistic and fun for the roleplay! Along that, roleplay is playing as your character. Not yourself.
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying is to get back into SRP some more, perhaps make a reputation on the server! I also want to make some friends, and learn more about roleplaying in the hospital faction! I just believe it would be great to experience as a fun roleplay. Along with that, I believe it would build up a lot of reputation and be known on the server!

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the hospital faction?:

Hospital Director:
The hospital director is in charge of the whole hospital, they work to improve everything in the hospital, including employees, patients, trainees etc etc.. They work tirelessly to keep everything up and running! Of course, including paychecks.

Hospital Deputy Director:
As said in the name, it is somewhat obvious to what they do. They are the Directors partner, helping them with paychecks, patients, etc. If the director is unviable, the deputy director will, of course take over.

Head of Department:
This employee runs specific and or different teams in the hospital, often assisting if a Trainee needs help. They get to this stage if they have done a lot of things in the hospital, as helping, training, etc.. Often classified with the most knowledge, at least, above a trainee.

Attending:
This role in the hospital is give to one who had received all training and knowledge needed and had shown great knowledge of what they are doing. They supervise the trainees and sometimes may assist in training.

Trainee:
The trainee is a new player to the faction, learning and taking the training in how to do it all. Often needed help with everything in the hospital, as if they pass, they will go to a higher rank in the hospital. They are new, so they have a lot to learn.

Psychiatrist:
They are their to help mentally with patients, often trying to get to them as fast as they can. Of course they somewhat have less to do. Though still, a lot of work. They sometimes, work at the pharmacy to sell the things a patients need!

Paramedics:
They are to get to an emergency fast, as something may had happened with an injury out away from the hospital! So they are their to go and help as soon as possible. Given, the circumstances.

On a, pretty rainy day in Bangkok was, Tajima born! In a not to poor, not at all rich family. Of course, days were hard. Tajima's father working hard.. But money doesn't last that long, of course it would not! So, of course the dad spends most of the money saved and worked for on.. Alcohol. Often making the family go into much more debt.
Tajima's mother, had born another child, Tajima's sister Achara of course Tajima was about, 6, when Achara was born. So of course, Tajima was to take care of Achara while Tajima's mother worked around the house.SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS

At 6:00pm on a Saturday. Tajima's father had not came home, he had been gone for two days. No warning, nothing. He left. Now it is just Tajima, his mother, and his sister.
And of course, they all end up on the street. Tajima's mother leaving them at an adoption center, Tajima never to see his mother again. Thankfully, though, Tajima's grandma takes Tajima and Achara in.
Though, sadly Achara dies of unknown circumstances. Tajima is now about 16. And he hears about a city called Karakura and the need of doctor's due to the high crime rates. So, Tajima moves there. To start a future career of working at the hospital!

Before replying. "General surgeon. My wanting for to learn about surgery, my passion! It had made me went to learn about how to do it. And, so why should I not use my knowledge to use! I believe it would be interesting to me. Of course I had always wanted to help others, and this city, with, the crime rates. Does need some more help!" He says with a soft, laugh.
