Describe your activity on the server: I’m active 2-3 hours a day depending on what I have going on.

What is your motivation for applying?: I’d like something more to do within the server.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work? Police officers usually secure property and people by carrying out law enforcement, checking their assigned places like when on foot, in a vehicle or a bike, and they answer all types of calls for emergency or not. They start investigations and follow up, talk with suspects or witnesses, keep and collect evidence, create reports, give out citations, arrest criminals, manage traffic, solve fights between people, do first aid and sometimes go to the court for a testimony.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP? The police are there to enforce rules, laws and keep everyone safe by patroling, arresting, writing reports, sometimes raids, also speaking in courts or having to manage inmates and react to emergencies. This ensures the server wont get too chaotic because of gang and crime rp. Without them, there'll be nothing stopping the crime for a balanced RP, they bring consequences, making order and action like chasing and justice situations which helps all groups.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished? Yes

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique? Mika Takashi is a young woman in her early twenties who stands at just 4'0" due to achondroplasia, with short limbs, a proportionally average torso, and a compact, distinctive build. She has striking long pink hair that falls past her shoulders in soft waves, often tied back in a practical ponytail or half-up style. Her large, expressive dark-blue eyes carry quiet intensity, set in a youthful face with soft rounded features, full cheeks, a small upturned nose, and faint freckles across fair-to-light skin with a warm undertone. What sets her apart is how she fully owns her stature, moving with deliberate confidence, turning her size into a tactical edge, and projecting a calm, unshakable presence.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation? Mika changes without trouble between her work life and also the more relaxed groups, not losing soft and firm basic character, but she modifies how she acts depending on what is needed. During work, she keeps calm and is straightforward. Mika stands tall in manner of speaking, her talking is clear and gets to the point, she looks people in the eyes strong and shows that she knows what she is doing without having to get loud. When not at work, Mika acts a bit more friendly, jokes more and people think she is easy to talk with. But it is not very different; the professional side of Mika means she focuses more on fairness, while in casual times it is the same Mika, though she laughs more and uses less formality. She always supports her coworkers.

What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork? Mika feels very strongly about teamwork. For her, bringing real justice and never just something you can ignore. Due to her height she finds it hard to rely or trust in people, she now appreciates partners who are reliable, also that they respect her abilities, talk honestly, and consider the strengths of each person. Mika has high loyalty toward teams. She wants no cases to be lost and she thinks dependable colleagues are a good way to provide safety.

What's your character's backstory? Mika Takashi was born in Seoul, South Korea, her father being from Japan and her mother being Korean, so their marriage combined two cultures but brought some different problems too. Since a young age, Mika was affected by a very rare gene disorder named achondroplasia, which limited her height growth and, as an adult, she measured only 4'0" tall. In Seoul, streets are crowded and Mika would need to deal with society where people think being tall shows power and important existence. At school children would tease her a lot by saying words like “doll” or “miniature” but she got strong because the parents raised her to have a tough mind. Her father, a very calm engineer who moved to Korea for his job, used to tell her old Japanese stories about small people winning because of their clever ideas and strong hearts, while the mother of Mika, who was teaching in school, told Mika that she should use her anger for drawing and education. Mika became really good at drawing detailed manga stories with small, courageous heroes winning at the end.

Not everything was difficult in Seoul; the family was very close and she managed to make several friends who did not care about her smallness. During summer, she would go to see grandparents in Japan and appreciate peaceful villages which are very different from the noisy city life in Seoul. Then bad luck came when Mika reached age 14. Her father died in a tragic car accident, where a reckless driver hit him and escaped, making everything worse. Police did not act fast—it was slow and not careful enough, so Mika’s family felt stuck and hopeless. Seeing the mother of Mika in sadness, Mika started feeling strong anger from this unfairness. It was not only from missing her father but also because she felt the police did not try. From that time, Mika wanted to become a police officer who helps those the system ignores, to make sure others do not suffer the same sadness.

After the incident, her mother made a decision that starting over was necessary. They had relatives who lived in Japan so Mika and her family decided to move close to them, to Karakura, a small silent town, right in the beginning of her grade 10 year. Karakura was really not similar to Seoul; it was a peaceful place with beautiful scenery and people knew one another very well. Mika found it difficult to adapt; many students looked at her because of her small stature. However, she tried hard, talking to many people and also doing volunteering jobs in the town, so people started seeing her kindness and stubbornness.

Now, in her early twenties, Mika is pursuing a degree in criminal justice at a nearby university, training to become a police officer. Her genetic disorder hasn't held her back in fact she's adapted with custom equipment and a mindset that views her size as an asset for undercover work or connecting with vulnerable witnesses. Driven by the memory of her father's unsolved case, Mika dreams of reforming the system from within, advocating for better investigations and support for victims' families.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do? If I saw a coworker who was physically hurting an inmate, I would go to act right away and not delay; my first reaction would be to use my voice, shouting “Stop it! You are using unnecessary force—move away right now!” In hopes to make distance and deescalate. I would stand in place to keep the inmate safe when it is needed, then contact backup or EMS quickly, and make a record like writing the time, place what was witnessed, names I recognized and what injuries there were. I would inform the supervisor with no delay.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted? If I saw a colleague being attacked, I would try to react quickly and strongly to help them. I would yell very loudly to try to calm everything down; if it seems safe for me, I would go to come between them physically and separate them using as little force as possible, maybe just to keep space. I would also use the phone or radio to get assistance and medical help right away. Afterwards, once everything is under control, I would take care to protect the area, look at my co-worker’s state, and if it is obvious the attacker did it, then I would arrest this person.

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
If I knew someone at work was doing corruption and helping criminals, I would be extremely angry and feel like it was a betrayal. Despite this, I choose to act calmly and rationally. Secretly, I would start writing down important facts, for example strange behavior, chats, or paperwork, making sure not to break rules or confront the person. Following that, I would give a report fast in the correct way. I will stay professional and never cover their crimes. If I stayed quiet, I would be making the same mistakes made in my fathers case. For that, I will push for responsibility since justice and trust in law are above loyalty to the team.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?

I would interrupt people suddenly, calm and steady, “Stop. Right now. Offering a bribe to an officer is a crime. You’re making this worse for yourself.” There is no annoyance or mocking in my voice, only plain truth. After that, I write down all the details, including everything they said and amounts, since these facts are more important than fast money. If there is probable cause found, I will arrest or send information to higher officials and recommend prosecution.
