Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important to schoolrp because they help the high school students get credits by assigning homework and other stuff to get to college! Without teachers, highschoolers would have to rely on exams which don't happen whenever they want it to! With getting 50 credits they can get to college without the exams! They can repeat this on different character slots to! Teachers play a big role in the community, and their role will keep growing over time!
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher is pretty simple! I actually am becoming a teacher outside of SRP! I work in daycare currently and I am getting all my certifications to work as a fully licensed teacher at 18! It's always been a passion working within the school system on SRP, I just never came back to it because I was in KPD and focused a lot on sports side as well! I fee; that I am good at balancing playtime on all my accounts, so I really do want to get back into the school faculty side of things on SRP! With teaching, you need to make sure you are active, so everyone gets the classes they want and the credits! That is exactly my goal for this, and I want to make sure everyone can get the credits to upgrade into college! If you're not active and don't host classes where's the fun for the community! You guys won't have to worry about me because I'll be as active as I can! Now that I graduated high school, I am on more and more!

"How would I describe myself...? Well to start I am a loving and caring uncle! I came from the KPD force, so I am a bit strict sometimes but it's all out of love. I care for everyone I meet and treat them like family. My plan for the future is to teach of course! I want to give the students the best education they could ask for! I want to help these kids who have a rough background progress and get through high school and college, so they have a bright future. If your tough on these kids they will never learn, of course you cannot cut them a lot of breaks, but you need to help them learn from their mistakes not punish them right away and not hear them out. They will just think you don't care and that is not ok! I want the best for them, and I will make sure that happens. Now, how I would describe how I look.... Is my blonde hair being my everything!"

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
"What would I do in this situation? Well, I want to make sure that I keep the class on task, but I also need to make sure that the student struggling is being taken care off! I would quietly walk over to them and offer them support from a tutor. If they want one, I will call in a tutor if one is available and have them help the student! I need to make sure my student knows how to do this, so they are set up for success. If there is no tutor my second option is seeing if they want to stay in class during breaks or come bring their lunch into class during lunch time. With this idea, this gives me and the student 1 on 1 time to figure out what they are struggling with and get them to understand the content!"
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
"Well first, I would have the class do a quick assignment! I would talk to the student and see what's going on and why they are doing this. I wouldn't give them detention or kick them out. They won't learn if you do that. Once I figure out why they are doing it, I'll create a separate assignment that the student needs to do. This assignment won't be fun, and it should help them realize they need to listen or they cannot participate in the fun activities their fellow classmates are doing! Until this assignment is done, they cannot join in with their classmates for the activity for the day. It sounds like a harsh punishment, but this will help them learn instead of giving them a detention or kicking them out of class."

"Two interactive classes I can do with the class for English... hm... Oh oh oh! I got one!"
"This first class is hangman! It's the simple word guessing game! You draw the hangman on the board, and you have them guess the letters off the word! If they don't guess what it is before the hangman is complete, they lose! Whoever at the end guesses the final word correctly, will get a sticker!"
"The second game is going to be unscramble the words! There will be a bunch of words on the board the students need to unscramble! They will work as a team to figure out where the letters go in each word! I will be creating groups and even them out! Those groups need to show teamwork and the ability to communicate to get a sticker!"
