Describe your activity on the server: I'd consider myself very active, I play almost everyday of the week consistently; I'd estimate that I play for atleast 5 hours everyday that I am on School Roleplay. My activity does change, certain emergencies may cause me to be temporarily inactive, but it is a rare occasion. If I rated my activity on a scale from 1 to 10, I'd place myself at a 9/10.

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Caretaker
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: As far as I know, Caretakers are the only school employee that can check cameras to resolve conflict such as fights or other miscellaneous situations, but Caretakers also break up fights when brought to their attention, as any other employee would. Additionally, they assist other faculty with tasks when needed, keep the campus clean, and assist students where they can.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been roleplaying for many years, starting generally in around 2018; first on platforms such as Roblox and Discord, soon after moving to Minecraft, but also staying on Discord. I moved to School Roleplay around March of this year. Inside of SRP, I have engaged in GangRP and CrimeRP, as well as DetailRP quite often.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I have no experience in any factions yet, so I chose this as a starting point to get into a faction. I have observed the roles of multiple employees at the school, such as Tutor, Caretaker, Nurse, and Teacher. The one that stuck out to me the most was Caretaker. I would like to join this faction not only for the diversity of roleplay scenarios, but also to expand the group of people I roleplay with in hopes of meeting new people and being able to roleplay a character that isn’t a student or animal whitelist.

Nixon does not react very strongly, keeping a calm expression and waiting for the student to finish speaking before replying. "Dear, please calm down. Your attitude is not appropriate for a school setting, and I would appreciate it if you did not use such profanity. Please be respectful to the employees.” He would nod at the student, walking away before they get a chance to respond, making a mental note to keep an eye on them.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Nixon quickly would attempt to stop the fight, getting in between the two students to prevent the altercation from further proceeding. He’d take both students to the nurses office to treat any injuries suffered, listening to both of their testimonies. He’d leave momentarily to check the CCTV, depending on the outcome, such as if one student did not fight back at all, either one or both students would be issued detentions.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
He’d pause, witnessing the absurd behavior. Quickly, he would get his phone from his pocket, making sure to get either a video or photo of the employee doing such things for proof. After, he’d approach his coworker, reminding them to be professional on the job firmly. “Please refrain from doing such things - these /can/ cost you your job, and I can direct this to any of our higher-ups if you refuse to cease.” His words were spoken strongly, his plan would not be negotiated if tested again.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Nixon sat on a chair in the break room with a clipboard in his lap, scribbling down miscellaneous notes surrounding tasks, altercations, and reminders for himself. He greeted coworkers with a warm smile when they entered, yet not losing focus on his writing. He never seemed to do much else besides that while in the break room, even when he clearly was able to lounge.

/me walked the hall with a mop bucket following behind him, a cart with various cleaning supplies as well. a worn looking mop sat in the bucket of water, a quiet sloshing noise made with every small jerk the cart made as he dragged it with him. He let out a small breath, stopping before the boys bathroom. He had been told there was a spill of juice on the floor, with no other free employee, he was practically forced to step up and be the responsible one. He brought his radio from his pocket, speaking into it, his voice crackling to the other side of whoever would listen. “Bathroom being cleaned up.” He pocketed the device again, stepping into the large room. As he stepped in, to no surprise, there was a large puddle of colorful liquid on the floor. He pulled the mop out of the bucket, approaching the puddle, starting to drag the mop in an up-and-down motion across the puddle, leaning downwards to put his back more into the cleaning; every now and then dipping it back into the bucket. After a few minutes of relentless scrubbing, it seemed to finally be fully clean, the floor left moist from the water that was mixed with cleaning solution. He wiped some sweat from his forehead, bringing the mop back into its place in the bucket. He picked up a ‘wet floor’ sign from the cart, settling it into place above where the puddle once was. Considering his job done, he dragged the cart with him out of the bathroom, picking up the radio once more. “Bathroom cleaned.”

He made notes of each student that walked in, connecting their names to their faces easily, having them memorized. He stood ready for anyone to ask him for assistance, a gentle and welcoming smile on his face towards faculty and students alike.
/me sat in the break room, sipping on a cup of coffee with a clipboard in front of him, a lined piece of notebook paper clipped into place. He wrote down neat notes, absorbed in his current task. Breaking him from his focus, a voice came through the static on the radio, “If any Caretakers on campus are available, we need to check CCTV in the cafeteria, a fight has occurred.” Hearing this, Nixon quickly stood, abandoning his clipboard on the chair, exiting the employee break room and making a quick path to his office. Inside, he quickly began to shuffle through the files before he found the cafeterias; searching it over carefully. To his annoyance, there was no specific time provided, but he powered through; searching the last hours footage from before the radio report came through. After a thorough check, he was able to find the footage. He reviewed it, and, evidently, there was in fact an altercation. He brought his radio close to himself, whispering into it. “Reviewed, come see me to further discuss this matter.”

Backstory
Nixon was born and raised on the island of Karakura in Japan. From his childhood, he was a very intelligent child; not just academically, but socially as well. He knew people from the inside out just from observing them, able to completely figure them out as if they were a puzzle. His childhood was quiet, raised by a loving mother and father, they taught him that kindness is the best medicine. He moved a few times throughout his adolescence, but his parents and him never left Karakura. He was grateful for all he was given, showing relentless optimism no matter the circumstance.
Nixon was often praised for his intelligence in primary school, often told by adults around him that he would grow up to be something great. Once he entered secondary school, he started to focus heavily on grades; never once letting himself fall below a 100 on a test or assignment. He studied hard, worked hard, and seldom rested. He was dedicated to his cause, hoping to become a Psychologist or Counselor in the near future. In his senior year, he graduated with full marks, but this wasn’t enough. For a man as determined as him, he had to pursue higher education.
Nixon applied for and got accepted into a prestigious college in the mainland of Japan, having to move away from everything he’d known for 18 years. Hesitant, he accepted; pursuing a masters degree; away from home for a total of 6 years. By the time he was done and moved back to Karakura, he was 24 years old. It took him a bit to readjust, but slowly, he did, and he no longer had the ambition for a Psychologist; he wanted to go back to his roots, he wanted to be a Caretaker.
For a few years ahead, he took on small jobs for family friends; staying dedicated to his motive. By the time he was 26, he decided to apply for a job as a Caretaker at the Karakura Highschool. Nixon did not expect to hear back, but he ended up getting the interview for the job.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): The interviewee offered a smile, “Since I was young, I’ve loved to assist everyone where I can, even in more mundane tasks, you see? I thrive best when able to help. I believe the caretaker position is a perfect fit for me for various reasons, including the reason just stated, along with my passion for truly connecting with people. Being born and raised here, I wish to continue the legacy of that, and keep a job on the island.”
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Kage straightened his posture, clearing his throat in order to speak clearer. “I believe that I should be accepted over others due to my dedication to getting this job, along with the amount of time and effort I have put into getting my degree in order to work here. Please, consider me a qualified applicant capable of this work and much more.” He paused for a moment, collecting himself. “I am open to working with other employees, and I would love to get to know all of my potential coworkers if accepted. I am open to constructive criticism as well, I strive to do my job as well as I can, see? You cannot improve without a second outlook..” He chuckled.
