Describe your activity on the server:
I just returned out of a break that lasted for around 6 months, I would say I’m moderately active again, to the extent that’s possible for me with my job. Below is my usual schedule
if anything unusual happens time wise I would let the faction leads know, the times in the schedule will be in CET.

What is your motivation for applying?:
In all honesty, it was the faction I enjoyed my stay in the most. I found alot of fun comrades I still RP with to this day. I got pretty fond of the faction itself
I just believe the role I used to have before wasn't the most fitting for me, I was a governor before for reference. I would love to make a comeback
to the faction. I know the possibilietes of meeting new people in it so that might be another chance to expand my circle of people on SRP to Roleplay with
I could leave this out, but since I'm gonna be honest I also need an income source as of right now so thats another slim motivation.

Yes, I do since I’ve been in the faction before
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My main goals are transitioning my old character that was in the government before as a governor to a lawyer to use my experience as an advantage
but in different perspectives of the townhall faction, I know how to do desk work, yet I would love to figure out the ways of being an attorney, taking cases etc.

The mayor is the elected representive and legal lead of Karakura
They are responsible for a lot, since they oversee all the positions below them which is the entirety of the townhall. Since they fill a representive role aswell they are also giving public speeches
signing and implementing new laws / policies and ensuring the safety of the future of Karakura and it's citizens.

Deputy Mayor
The Deputy Mayor is the direct right-hand of the mayor, they are tasked with overseeing all positions below them aswell, they're also a
crucial and functional part of the townhall when the Mayor isnt present. They could also play an important role in decision making
if theres a last opinion needed on it other than the mayors.

The primary task of a lawyer is to represent their client in court. To ensure they do a proper job they're tasked with meeting up with their clients beforehand, discussing the case
and making attorney calls. As for all of the 3 applicable roles in the Faction they can also attend basic desk duty, however they're also tasked to draft and sign restraining orders. Another fundamental part of a lawyers work is to build client lists.

Whenever a warrant is needed they're also the ones in charge to issuing them.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa where my studies focused on public administration, government policy and legal ethics. Back in my university days I was part of student government and argued constitutional rights, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding the legal system in Karakura.
Work experience:
I have worked in a local administrative center as a customer service coordinator. I assisted with citizen inquiries, official documents, and daily scheduling. Additonally I got in contact with assisting attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, maintaining client case files and performed front desk duties.

I am American, born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.

I hold no criminal record which I would like to manifest is not gonna change anytime in the future. Since I value a certain moral compass that's deeply rooted in my family's values

I am a dedicated worker with experience and results that speak for itself. Additionally I would say of myself I hold great communication skills, you could ask all my past co-workers and they would agree on that! Another reason why, would be my great sense for justice that I value alot personally.
