I'm usually on for around an hour each day, though for practices and such I'm on FAR longer, as it's necessary. I have 11 weeks of playtime! I'm used to social settings and large crowds.
In your own words, why do you think professors are important to SchoolRP?
I believe professors, along with teachers, are among the most important roles on the server, as a school setting should always include some form of educator to allow a WORKING school system that functions properly.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive, you may face demotion or removal from the faction?

Describe the character: How do they look and act? What makes them unique and different? What are their plans for the future? Optionally, what is their past?
Kuroha R. Kurose is a lightweight, 5'5" female with extremely Japanese-esque features and a more pear-shaped body. Her hair is dark purple, and she definitely gives off a relatively 'goth' vibe. She has a light peach skin tone, wears formal attire, and has headphones either on her head or resting around her neck. She's slow but stern, nothing extremely unique, but her confidence is natural and smooth. Most words and sentences come out in waves of unrelenting assaults, but in an easily understandable way. She's bold and sharp, but still polite in her own sense, having hoped to live out a peaceful life, retiring by the age of 45.
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
For both, she treats those who treat HER respectfully with respect, even if jokes or harsh comments come along here and there; anything can be forgiven with an honest, stern apology! Of course, the same goes in reverse, as any disrespectful remarks will be replied to with a harsh mindset, NOT RUDE. Just harsh.
What is their motivation for becoming a professor?:
MONEY. And wanting to do SOME good in a world filled with hate, since even teaching her younger siblings filled her with the joy and passion to continue THIS career path. She'd decided from a young age to grow, mature, and learn, with the mindset that one day she'd teach others.
Roleplay Scenarios
A jock is ignoring your lesson and throwing paper balls at another student, what would your character do?
Kuroha would calmly halt the lesson, turning to face the supposed 'jock.' She'd warn the student in a firm tone not to repeat such actions while she teaches, as doing so is disrespectful. She'd then continue. If the student persisted, she'd issue a second, sterner warning, possibly threatening punishments such as detention or removal from the class depending on the time frame between each action.
A student doesn’t seem to understand the material, yet hasn’t requested help, what would your character do?
Assuming this had taken place in the midst of the lesson, she'd request that they hold on for a few more moments whilst she'd finished her teaching, before giving MOST of her attention to the student in need, making sure to request specifications on what, or what not, they'd found hard or difficult to understand, before doing her BEST to explain face to face in a more simplistic manner, or just slowing down for the student to properly adjust.
When in the faculty lounge, how does your character act?
SLEEP. EAT, LIKE LOADS OF EAT. SOCIALIZE. For example, munching on snacks quietly whilst relaxing on whatever furniture happens to be free, having small, engaging talks with whoever's in the area, or, if no one but her's there, eating quietly.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas and one field trip idea related to your subject
Class idea ONE, Psychological Socialization: She'd begin the period by asking each student in her class to pair up with another, allowing everyone to take their time and assisting anyone in need, before she'd continue with a brief lecture on the importance of sharing even the smallest of stressful and/or emotion-based rants with someone trusted, as being in a FIT psychological state does far more than improve life and can also increase life expectancy, as proven through study. She'd then continue, insisting that not JUST ranting about yourself is beneficial, but having others rant to you is a sign of trust, respect, and care, and so being prepared for times when a friend needs someone to talk with, and being the one to help them through tough times, builds a bond that's mostly unbreakable. She'd end off with a quick explanation about what they'd be doing in this class, as one of the students in each group would be tasked with flipping a coin (/roll 2). Rolling a 2 means you'd come up with a fake, but still realistic-ish rant about troubles, and the other would do their best to comfort the other, whichever attempt at helping the other psychologically is the best. She'd reward BOTH party members with a sticker! Rolling a 1 would just be the reverse, as you'd be tasked with listening and assisting your partner in whatever way you can.

Class idea TWO, Geographical Randomization: She'd begin with a short lecture on how different locations around the world face distinct struggles based on climate, terrain, culture, and the influence those locations have, listing a few examples. She'd then whisper the names of different countries into each student's ear, ask them to come up with the supposed struggles and benefits those countries would face, and hand out small booklets to each student, asking them to write their answers. She'd hand out stickers/rewards to the best replies and/or the most detailed remarks.

Field trip, The Importance of Saving: She'd start off with a short lecture about how those who make a living wage must spend each dime wisely, even if paid far more than others, because it's important to keep enough money for essentials such as food, shelter, and transportation, and to put whatever's left into savings, investments, or the occasional treat! She'd then ask everyone to prepare for the ANNOUNCED field trip, line up, and follow her as she made her way WITH the class, making sure no one was left behind, to a small, local market, such as the indoor Shopping Districts mall. She'd then ask them to pair up into groups to discuss meal plans, a hypothetical rent, and to verify whether they'd had enough for savings and/or investments before returning to the school.
