Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
they are important to SRP by allowing for players new and old to breathe life into Katakura's campus and being the faces that new players are greeted with and becoming the guiding hands for the next generation of role-player's.

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: I want to take on the role of a teacher because I enjoy the idea of helping both new and experienced players grow and improve in roleplay. I want to share my knowledge, teach players new skills, and guide their characters as they develop. My goal is to help create the next generation of roleplayers by providing support, encouragement, and opportunities to learn, while also helping experienced players continue to grow and improve their roleplaying abilities.

Zélie M. Russo is a petite 4'7" female with tan skin, striking dark blue eyes, and unique calico hair that blends multiple colors into a beautiful, eye-catching pattern.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student raised their hand and asked for help, my character would patiently walk over and explain the content in a way that’s easier to understand. She would be kind, understanding, and willing to explain things as many times as needed to help the student learn.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
My character would calmly remind the student to pay attention and be respectful of others who are trying to learn. She would handle the situation patiently and give the student a chance to correct their behavior before taking further action if needed.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
1. Math Competition: Students work in teams to solve algebra problems on the board. The team that solves the most problems correctly wins.
2. Real-Life Math Challenge: Students work in groups to create a budget for a pretend shopping trip, calculating prices, discounts, taxes, and their total spending.
