Describe your activity on the server:
I’m active 7 days a week for roughly 8 to 10 hours of the day (EST 4pm to 12-1am). Within those “8-10” hours of play I take breaks often as I don’t want to sit on schoolrp all day. I’ve been on the server for roughly a year and a quarter due to the spontaneity of the server and its ‘people’. Since the time I’ve joined SRP, anyone that knows me even slightly knows that I have always been decently dedicated to the ‘Volleyball’/sport side of it which has taken up a large portion of my overall server activity.
Which timezone are you in?

Yes I have discord, my discord tag is !Synn#0001
Do you have a microphone:
Yes, I do have a microphone and I am able to use it for a majority of the time.

What is your motivation for applying?:
Joining the KPD force has been on my mind for quite a while and joining the force would not only add benefits but it would also give me more experience in the more serious and complex aspect of roleplay. In any case I want to join other factions that as well have to deal with quick thinking and problem solving. The dedication I have can create an impact on the force as I believe that it’ll change some ways within the force system and the force as a whole once I put the effort into making the change. Another reason I feel motivated for applying would be because at the moment, roleplaying has felt very stale and I have a lack of motivation for it; I feel as though joining a faction such as KPD would help bring ‘life’ back to my roleplay opportunities.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?
Yes, I do understand the Japanese laws and Basic Conduct.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
In the SchoolRP police force, there are many tasks that are put at hand as they all range from small and simple things like fines and verbal warnings to larger tasks that have more detail and complexity to them such as arrests and big situational calls. Even though the main priority of a SchoolRP officer is to arrest criminals that create havoc in Karakura, they also do things like supervise events such as court cases and escort high ranked people in the city. An example of this would be the times when they would have to escort the mayor to another location safely. Furthermore, police work also involves sitting at the front desk answering questions, taking reports and sometimes removing the troublesome teens that roam into the lobby with the goal of causing chaos. Additional knowledge I have gained would be the acts of patrolling the city, making sure there are no illegal activities being committed and sometimes, taking citizens to the hospital during dying needs of help. The police force is one of the larger roles in the server itself that should be treated with ‘respect’ and professionalism when obtained or around. They work hard in training and answering calls to help the players with their needs and as well also work alongside EMS depending on what calls are received or the situation going down at hand.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police are important to SchoolRP because it helps keep the main balance between two large roleplay communities, being the GangRP and Police force. Without the role of ‘police officer’, there would be no sense of control in the city, as well as balancing criminal activity. This is one of the factions that has a major support role within the server as a whole as well as being one of the most active factions, allowing players to roleplay as officers, ‘JailRP’ and many other roleplay categories. It also allows other players to make reports which can give roleplay between the player bases. As an active member in the community, I’ve seen a fair share between GangRP and PoliceRP; the concept has always seemed interesting and quite frankly, I’d love to be given the opportunity to be able to give this new type of roleplay a try and hopefully become a long term member. The police force also consists of many duties, though the main one is of keeping Karakura town in check and this is important since it’ll keep KPD and GangRP both balanced, although I see GangRP taking a slight drift, it is still alive out and about so it’s the KPD’s duty to make sure the crimes being committed are stopped in Karakura and the innocent civilians are kept safe.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
Yes, I understand I may be demoted at any given time.
Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role?
Yes, I understand and agree to be 100% dedicated.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are authorized to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I understand that if I do not attend during these circumstances, I will be punished.
Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to IC harassment, and you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations?
Yes, I understand to not take things ICLY, OOCLY.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Nao is a native looking Japanese male with a decently tall stature where he’d roughly be 5’11, weighing in at 150 LBS. When looking upon Nao, you’d notice a light tan skin complexion with dark gray hair that covered a moderate portion of his face. He always tries to stay updated with the latest fashion trends so he can sometimes be seen in clothes generally worn by the newer generations and tries to maintain a consistent look whenever out. With Nao’s active lifestyle, he’s normally seen wearing a slight smile across his face which allows for him to be perceived as friendly by most. He would seem to be approachable.
What they're like on and off the job?
Nao on the job can be considered as very ‘alert’; he’s always doing something to keep himself active or working, as he finds it very hard to stand still and wait. His main focus on the job would be to help as many individuals as possible, taking calls that others find tedious or less important and overall, just being as much of use as possible to better the lives of his own fellow officers and the civilians of Karakura. Outside of work, Nao is, for the most part, the same as he is on the job; always keeping himself active, whether it’s with a simple chore or a dangerous task, although he’d never put himself in danger on purpose unless it was for the sake of saving another. In some cases Nao can be seen conversing with the citizens of Karakura when not occupied to pass time as it gives him more incite as to what's going on around the city that he misses from being focused with his line of work.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
To Nao, his coworkers are as close to him as his own family although even with this type of relationship he has with them, he still remains to show respect towards his fellow officers. He treats them with kindness, looking at them all the same with no judgment, nor looking down on one another.
Nao’s plans for the future are the same as all officers, to do all he can to make Karakura a safer place. Due to the high crime rates, he has taken it upon himself to make an impact on both the good and bad of the city, trying his best to stop any sort of problem before it progresses any further. Nao sees his co-workers as people he can truly rely on and tries to be very impressionable on them. Other than protecting the city, Nao’s plans for the future would be to rise within the ranks as it would give him a greater chance and opportunity to make an impact on the city through his continuously progressing abilities and aptitudes.
BACKSTORY
(Make sure this biography/lore has 100+ words.)
Nao Okanata grew up in the countryside of Takayama, Japan. Growing up Nao was a quick learner and hard worker. His parents sadly passed away in a car accident while Nao was only a young boy, at the age of 7. He then moved in with his grandmother who taught him his manners, how to stay polite and respectful to others. He took very good care of her while attending school and clubs with the highest of grades in his classes. Over the next few years, he continued to participate in clubs and got to know the community around him. At the age of 19 Nao’s grandmother eventually passed on too, leaving him on his own.
