Describe your activity on the server: My activity on the server can be described as active. I have played SRP since around Spring/Summer 2025. I was consistently active until around November/December 2025, when I took a few month long break, returning around June/July 2026, after which I have become fairly active once again. My main activities on SRP consist of roleplay both in and out if school. With my main activity outside school revolving around gang/CrimeRP, and my RP inside school revolving around being a student.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: I acknowledge and am willing to accept this fact.
School Employee Role you are applying for?: I am applying for the Caretaker role.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: Caretakers play a big role in the school ecosystem, they not only break up fights with students, they also check CCTV after fights in order to give out proper disciplinary action. They also make sure that the school grounds stay well maintained, ensuring the school is always clean for the students. Caretakers can also stay afterschool to help watch over detentions. Also caretakers can take students to the nurse's office who cannot get themselves there.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My main roleplay experience consists of GangRP, of course not on the character I am applying for. Mainly revolving around interacting with other gang members, fighting, and also doing larger events, e.g. turf fights. I have been learning as I go, and now have a fair understanding of many of the rules of SRP.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I want to join the faction because my character, Cameron, moved to Karakura from Scotland, where he was a grounds keeper for a school in his area. He moved to Karakura after he and his sister were kicked out of their parents house, and cast away to this city. With him liking his previous position, he decided to try to take on the same role in a different place, finding enjoyment in the job.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: He calmly sits and listens to the student, waiting for them to finish. Once they are done, he asks if they are alright, and if they want to talk to someone. If the student continues, he hands them a detention slip, if they agree to talk with someone, he contacts a school counsellor for them to speak with.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: He hurries over, yelling for them to stop, if they refuse, he radios for more faculty to come to his location. Upon doing this, he would attempt to stand between this, despite the danger to him, he could care less if he gets hit, in his mind, their safety takes precedence over his own.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Upon seeing his coworker acting this way, he immediately tells them to stop. "Hey! You shouldn't be doing that. You are supposed to be a role model for these students, how do you think they'll react to seeing you like this?" If they fail to comply, he will report them to his higher-ups.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? Even while on break, he knows there is always a chance someone could see him, so he maintains a professional demeanor, interacting with other employees the same way he would in the hallways. Example: Coworker: "Hey, Cam! Did you see that fight with those two students earlier? It was crazy right?" Cameron: "Hey, (Coworker's name), yeah, I saw the fight, but let's not discuss it in such a manner, frankly, it's unprofessional, what if a student were to hear you talking about it like that?"

/me was holding the freshly wetted mop, slowly and methodically pushing it back and forth along the floor. Once satisfied with his work, he pulls out a wet floor sign, seeing a student approaching, he quickly calls out "Watch out, the floor is wet here!" Before swiftly setting the sign down, making sure everyone that would approach knew the condition of the floor.
/me saw the two students fighting, deciding he would need someone to help him, he quickly approaches, pulling out his radio to call for some of his coworkers, deciding it best to not try to handle the situation by himself.
/me After radioing for his someone else to come help him, he walks up to the students, yelling out to them "HEY! Stop fighting, NOW!" Upon seeing them not stopping, he walks up, risking his own safety for theirs, he steps between the two, willing to take a couple of hits so they would stop fighting each other.

Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss): Glancing down at the interviewer's desk, he quickly corrects his gaze, looking into their eyes before answering "I prefer to be called Mr."
Preferred Name: Taking a moment to think this one over, he states, "Students can call me Mr. Fratelli. Friends can call me Cam. Anyone else, just Cameron is fine."
Age (Minimum is 25): He begins tapping his fingertips together, "I'm twenty-six, two six years old." He says, adding in the extra 'two six' to ensure they heard him properly.
Gender: Slowly leaning back against the seat, he states clearly, "I was born and identify as a male."

Backstory
In his early life, Cam was part of a loving family, having both of his parents, and a twin sister. Both of his parents had good enough jobs for them to live comfortably, and his sister was basically his best friend growing up. He went through school maintaining grades high enough that he could've gone to college if he truly wanted to. Feeling that college wasn't the right move for him, he decided to just try to get a job instead. His parents, of course, were disappointed by his decision, but decided that he was allowed to make his own decisions. He ultimately decided to become a grounds keeper at a local high school. He thoroughly enjoyed this position, finding it extremely fulfilling. His sister took a different path, deciding to go to college, majoring in education because she wanted to be able to work near her brother. Eventually the stress of college became too much for her to handle, so she dropped out. This truly set off their parents. After a while of seething, eventually their parents decided the best choice for both of them was to move somewhere else, so they were kicked out, and told not to return unless they had something to show, like a degree. Cam was less nervous than his sister regarding this decision. Their parents decided as a parting gift, they would pay for the plane tickets, sending the pair to Karakura, Japan. Deciding to take this in stride, Cam tried his best to entertain his sister, trying to help her not feel so bad about being kicked out.
Upon reaching Karakura, Cam decided the best course of action for the two was to find a local they could stay with for the time being. That's how Cam met his friend Nathen, and eventually Joel. Nathen was living with Joel at the time, and decided to ask if they could take in the siblings, Joel agreed as long as they were willing to help cover rent, to which they agreed. After finding a place to stay, Cam used what he had in his savings to help cover rent while he searched for a job. Eventually finding a listing for a position at the local high school that was similar to what he did in Scotland. He decided 'why not?' and submitted an application, not expecting anything to come of it, but hoping he would get the position, having loved what he did back in Scotland.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): "I loved the job I did back in Scotland, which was basically the same thing I'm applying for here. I loved working around the school, interacting with not only my coworkers but also the students. I feel like with this position I get an opportunity to impart wisdom on the next generation, maybe even more so than a teacher. I feel like the kids ignore teachers, but I'm basically just a working man to them, I feel like their more likely to listen to what I have to say."
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: "I feel like this is an unfair question, everyone should have an equal opportunity. However, if I have to answer, I'd say that seeing as I come with experience relating to this position, I would have an easier time than someone who doesn't have the experience I do adjusting to life in this school."
