Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
In my personal opinion I believe that any faculty position within the school plays a high role in being so important to SchoolRP. Teachers by themselves are there for when new players join the server and may need help getting around, or just general knowledge in all. Teachers are able to provide a unique roleplay experience to players by helping their characters develop, possibly eventually graduating to college! Teachers are also helpful with enforcing the school’s in-character rules such as not fighting, and many more rules that are often broken by students.

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: Ever since I joined SchoolRP for the first time, I have always been interested in joining a faction that had a high impact on the playerbase and helping new people learn. Faculty has always been a big goal of mine, and I have always wanted to be able to teach classes and just get out around the server more. I am currently on the High School Female Football team, which has helped my roleplay experience a lot, and has introduced me to a lot of new people who have helped me out along the way. A big motivation of mine to specifically be in the Teacher faction is to just be able to meet new people, help people out in roleplay, and just have fun in general.

Describe your character:
Camryn is a 4’9 Japanese female with a mixed hair color of Brown and Blonde, more of a lighter blonde than anything. She actively sits at a weight of 120 pounds and tries her best to get around.
Camryn has been told her personality was rather unique; she has had a passion for music her whole life but was limited in certain aspects due to the hearing defect that she carried with her around since she was born. Camryn has loved doing all kinds of sports and health related activites to stay healthy; one of her major passions is exploring, which she does by walking around on the Karakura beach every night, eventually roaming off to the forest.
Camryn often has strands of motivation that can last for hours, minutes, or days. If she wants to accomplish something, she tries her hardest to do just that. Camryn has been told by her friends and accomplices that she is very good at getting things done and finished within a scheduled time period.
Camryn was born with very dark eyes, which she has been told makes her unique compared to a lot of the people in the town of Karakura, who often have more vibrant eye colors such as green, blue, brown, and many others. Her eyes have reflected her personality a lot since she was a child, showing off how she contrasts with things.
Camryn has always had a very unique view on the world and how things play out in the town she has lived in since she was a child; she has always seen it as usually quiet unless there is people running around with masks and weapons.. Which she absolutely hates with a passion. She has always enjoyed the scenery and landscaping around the town, the beach being one of her favourite places as she enjoys playing in the sand, reminiscing about her childhood when she used to play with her brothers.
Camryn overall has a very calm demeanor and is often seen smiling at people, having a friendly behaviour that follows her usually everywhere.. The only time she can start to not be as friendly is when her job is in play, such as students fighting, which she does not tolerate at all. Camryn often helps students out, talking to students about their day, where a class might be, or just about anything in general, which she has a passion for. Camryn has never been particularly fond of speaking up about her personal problems unless it is something regarding the school, as she always saved her personal problems for her family rather than other people.
When it comes to Camryn’s family she has always been defensive over them, trying her hardest to protect them with her life, seeing as her daughter is the only one who lived with Camryn in Karakura, she always wanted to try to help her to the best of her ability, although her daughter had a life of her own, being on the school’s football team, which Camryn was very proud of. Camryn enjoyed how both she and her daughter had a passion for being active and just doing things physically in general.
Backstory/Early Life:
Camryn Imai was born in Karakura Japan, where she was raised by her Ukranian mother who had moved to Karakura alongside her 2 brothers, who were older than her at the time. Her mother always had to do more than she should have, raising all 3 of them by herself, as Camryn’s father was out of the picture. Camryn always felt bad for her mother but at the time and being at such a young age, Camryn could do nothing about it. Slowly growing up over the years, Camryn eventually went to primary school, she passed all of her grades with ease, slowly moving up to more advanced classes as she advanced further through middle school, eventually going to Karakura High. Camryn often tried to make the best use out of her time that she had still being young, she often spent time studying for what she wanted to do in the future as she had high hopes for wanting to go to college and eventually teach at Karakura High. Camryn spent time studying Physical Health and all of the different things that surrounded the position, whether it be teaching a health class with CPR, or playing sports outside with a class; she wanted to try to do it all. Camryn was often seen as unique by her classmates as she tried to do her best by speaking up in class while still dealing with her hearing issues and having to often ask the teacher to speak up. She really tried after all.
College & Moving Forward:
As Camryn slowly moved forward with her life, she eventually came to the end of her high school era. Camryn eventually was set on what she wanted to do with her life, she had chosen the career of wanting to become a teacher at Karakura High. Camryn had some time on her hands before the next school year after graduating so she eventually decided to sign herself up for classes at Karakura’s prestigious college so she could learn everything there was to know about Physical Education and how she could become the best teacher in the future, gaining a higher reputation within the school. As time passed and the school year eventually came across, Camryn started to attend classes with other classmates who had the same passion and ideas as her. Camryn’s head was always moving around at a thousand miles per hour as she tried her hardest to remember everything that she had learned over the time she spent in classes. She often took notes down in class to help her remember all of the small details that she knew would be key to eventually becoming a teacher, as she knew that they were held to very high standards, being a major role in the school system in Karakura and key to helping students learn new things. Camryn eventually got the hang of what she had been learning about Physical Health, slowly remembering things and not having to take as many notes as she believed it was not.. That hard.
Adulthood:
After Camryn had graduated from college, she was often invited to many parties that happened around the time by her classmates; however, Camryn was never really the partying type, as she believed she could do better things, such as learning new things. As Camryn grew older, she always dreamed of wanting to have a daughter whom she could take care of, although she knew that if she found someone to settle down with, it would pause her dreams of becoming a teacher for.. Awhile. Camryn eventually found someone who she grew particularly fond of, someone who shared common interests with her. Camryn eventually started dating her newfound love interest, as they often studied together and hung out at the beach, which she had a big passion for. As their relationship kept growing further, spending more time together, Camryn eventually expressed her interest in wanting to try to have a child.. Which then Riona enters.. Riona was Camryn’s one and only daughter who she raised by herself as her.. So thought love interest eventually moved away as he... changed his mind. Camryn was proud of herself for raising Riona as she believed she could eventually one day become a sports player or do something that she had a passion for. Watching Riona grow up made Camryn remorse her childhood and all the fun times that she had. Camryn often took Riona to the beach and forest in the town, as well as taking her to the school’s sports fields to show her all that the school had to offer. As Riona eventually grew older, Camryn eventually started to express an interest in teaching Physical Education again. Seeing as she remembered everything, Camryn started searching for open positions at the school, where she was eventually able to land an interview.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
“Well, I would first try to understand what the student was struggling with so I would try to talk to them and help them with what was causing them trouble. I would briefly explain the correct response to what they were having trouble with, and if they did not understand it, I would go more into depth as well as trying to have one of my other students try to explain it in better terms. After they understood the content that I was teaching, I would go back to teaching the entire class, trying harder to explain what we were doing more in depth to prevent any further confusion.”
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
“First off, I would have the rule that every student in my class gets 3 verbal warnings written on my whiteboard. If I did notice a student acting out and cracking jokes, while repeatedly interrupting my class, I would give them the 3 verbal warnings while also trying to make sure that they stay quiet and focused on the class at present. If they kept acting up after I did warn them verbally, I would calmly walk over to them and start to explain that I would be giving them detention for interrupting the class after being warned multiple times to stop. Simple as that.”

“To start off this class, I would begin by teaching the students about how using ice on injuries is able to help with swelling and to calm down an injured area. I would explain how athletic trainers use ice with injuries, and how they can make a bag of ice to use within a short period of time. I would show off to the class how they can package a bag of ice, then I would split the class up into teams of 2 for a friendly competition to see who could package a bag of ice the fastest. The students who would win their 1-on-1 would then play winners from other teams until there was 1 student remaining who would then go against me.”
