I currently live in CDT (Central Daylight TIme)

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
How old are you?:
I am 22 years old. Turning 23 in December of this year.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
Have you ever been banned?:
No. In the long years I've been playing on the schoolRP servers, I have not once ever been banned.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
Describe your activity on the server:
I have been playing on the SchoolRP/RP Hub server off and on since roughly 2018. During that time, I've seen a lot of the server's history and growth as a community, and I've finally decided to take steps to become more integrated into it. I used to be active on the server every day on my old account, before one day deciding to get a new main account due to Mojang-related issues pertaining to my old one arising.
If I were to rate my activity on the server over the past couple of months out of ten, I'd say it'd be roughly an 8/10. I tend to be on roughly every day - every other day for about at least an hour, up to 4-6 hours depending on the day. I do have an active full-time job that may conflict with my schedule, but I can absolutely find time in my busy schedule to attend to my duties as a shopkeeper. I'm more than capable of being online, whether that be on the server or just generally online and available, every day, and will be sure to make time to attend to employees or customers when needed.
In short, I have a bit of a busy schedule, but it's very much one that the role of a shopkeeper can fit into. I am more than willing to make time to perform all the duties necessary for the role of being a shopkeeper.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I understand that if I do not remain active in my role, I will be demoted.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈

I unfortunately have not applied for any major faction roles in the past. This would be my first mainline faction related application.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
What shop/category are you applying for?:
I am applying for ownership of the Gifts & Accessories shop known by the name Yona-Yona. If the vision I'm hoping to achieve for the shop is too out of bounds of the normal gift and accessory category, then I'd also be open for it to take one of the open slots in the restaurant or other categories. Whichever best fits the experience I'm trying to achieve.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
Will you be renaming the shop? If so, why?:
Yes. I plan on renaming the shop from Yona-Yona to Daivie-Destin because I feel the current name of Yona-Yona doesn't best fit my vision and the overall experience I'm attempting to provide with the shop. The new name I'm proposing I feel matches what I'm hoping to achieve much better.
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈
Daivie-Destin comes from a match up of three words.

◈Dai [ダイ]◈
'Dai' is derived from the Japanese word 'Daisu,' which translates to dice. The word dice tends to evoke the idea of chance and wonder in the mind. The randomness and excitement of the six assorted numbers stamped and printed. Rather than having something be predictable and flat presented to you, this word invokes a sense of the opposite. One of intrigue and opportunity, or risk. I want these same feelings to arise when entering this shop. A place of excitement, wonder, chance, and fun. A place to spend time with those you view as close to you. A place that ultimately gets your blood pumping and wondering, "What could be?"

◈Vie◈
'Vie' is derived from the French word for life. The word life often brings forth ideas of peace and purity. Visions of happiness and longevity. I want all of these ideas present within the shop. Now, when I say "I want a casino-based shop" the idea of peace doesn't really seem to fit in with most people, but here it does. I want peace of mind to be present, I want fun to be present, I want happiness to be present, and above all I want long last memories and friendships to be formed and persist throughout the years to come. Ultimately, I want this shop to be a place where people come to let loose and relax with those they view close to them and for bonds to form that last a lifetime.

◈Destin◈
And finally, 'Destin' is derived from the French word for fate. Fate is a word that has many meanings, and many of those meanings are hard to comprehend. Ultimately, the message I'm trying to provide by including this word in the name of the shop is the idea of leaving things up to fate. That this shop is a place not to stress about your problems, but instead to let go of them and let those in charge of fate take hold. Set your worries aside and instead embrace life and the road ahead. For not everything is in your control.

◈Daivie-Destin◈
Mix all three of these words, and we get a name I believe best represents the shop and the feelings I plan to invoke when inside. 'Daivie-Destin' is a name that can be translated to Dice of Life's Fate or Roll your troubles in life to fate. Daivie-Destin symbolizes the thrill and excitement presented with chance and luck but also provides the happiness, security, and peace of mind present within. A place where good, honest people can experience good, honest excitement, thrill, and fun without their troubles. A place where they can come to form long-lasting memories with those they view as close to them and without worries dragging them down.

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
There's honestly an infinite number of reasons I could provide for wanting to be a shopkeeper on SRP. In the long, almost 8 years I've been on SRP, I haven't done much besides just hanging out and roleplaying with friends. After doing that for about 8 years, it's become kind of dull. I admit I've grown bored. Now I want to mix things up. To add, another reason why I hadn't applied to any major roles in the past is out of fear. Fear of rejection. Fear of not being able to handle them. However, I believe in growth and change. In others and especially in myself. I want to push myself out of my comfort zone and allow myself to be molded into a better person along the way. One of the last major reasons I want to be a shopkeeper is to provide more opportunities for roleplay and fun, natural interactions to arise on the server. Not only for others, but for me as well.

I've been on SRP a long time, and I believe it's time for me to officially try and move out of the realm of just solely roleplaying as a teenager and more into the realm of providing roleplay experiences and opportunities to others as well. Not only that, but I've also been blessed to have other management experience in the past via my real-life job as well as online opportunities, so I know I can not only handle it, but also go above and beyond to excel at it as well. I believe with my experience in management and my drive to provide a good roleplay experience and opportunity to others, I have what it takes to be a shopkeeper that does nothing but provide shock, awe, and excitement to others.

I haven't applied to any other roles on SRP due to the fear of rejection and being afraid of not being able to handle the responsibility present. I want to try and overcome this hurdle of mine with this application. I mentioned before that I believe in personal character growth, and that stands true for myself as well. I will never settle for being just 'good-enough' of a person. I want to always be growing, changing, and overcoming the obstacles presented in who I am. I know I'll never be perfect or the best person ever, but I work hard and strive to do so, and that's what matters in the end.

I want to be a shopkeeper in order to provide more opportunities for roleplay and natural interactions to arise for others. A lot of players consider SRP to be boring, dull, and a shadow of what it once was. I want to show these people the magic of what can occur on SRP when provided the right tools to form their own fun interactions. I want to allow people to form their own stories and experiences using the groundwork I provide. I want to allow people the ability to have that same magical experience they claim to have had all those years ago, once more, and to make it last for as long as I can.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
Which character will you be using as Shopkeeper?:
I will be using the character of Yelan Osbourne to play the role of shopkeeper.
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈
Name
Yelan 'Ozzy' Osbourne

Age
24

Backstory
Born in France. Originating from the town of Bou, just outside of Orléans. Her family was unfortunately torn apart early, just after she was born, due to disputes and money troubles. As an only child, her parents got together over a fling and one-night stand. Learning of her mother being pregnant, however, her father immediately took to her mother and offered to marry her. Stepping up to the opportunity to help take care of the child. Her mother, however, wanted nothing to do with Yelan's life, but accepted the support anyway. After Yelan was born, her mother immediately took the opportunity to dump Yelan on her father and left. Growing up with just one parent in a small town didn't offer the best opportunities to both of them. Living much of her childhood in poverty, Yelan and her father rationed and did all they could to get by. Instead of going to school like most other children at her age, Yelan spent her childhood working where she could to try and earn money for her family. Running out of chances and out of options, Yelan and her father took a chance and left Bou with their saved-up money on a hike to Orléans. Here, her father tried to provide Yelan with an opportunity in life. Tried to get a job. Tried to find some way out of the well they were stuck in, but ultimately all leads led nowhere. That's until one day, Yelan's father stumbled into a casino. With nowhere else to go and on the edge of being homeless, he spent what little money they had left on gambling. Leaving all he had left up to chance. Tired of trying to force a path for him and his family in the world, he left it to fate, and fate agreed with him. In a random unnamed casino, Yelan's father hit big. Surprised by his sudden wealth, he immediately tried to be smart with it. Officially moving into a house in Orléans, sending Yelan to a decent school, and investing in education himself, that was until one day, Yelan's mother showed back up. She had heard about her father's sudden wealth and believed that because they had never officially divorced, she had a claim to it. Yelan's father tried to indulge her and took her back in. Offered her a place to stay and tried his best to provide for her between school and his new job. Yelan's mother, however, did all she could to spit back in his face. Frequently going out to drink, party, and cheat on the man. Spending his money only on herself. When he tried to stop her, she got physical. It eventually got to the point where Yelan's father told her she had to leave. However, she refused. Telling him that he couldn't force her out. When he tried to offer a divorce, she refused. This meant the only option he had to get away from her was to flee. He told her he was leaving with Yelan. To try to stop him, the next day Yelan's mother went to court and obtained custody of Yelan. Yelan's father, however, refused to abide by this logic. One night, he woke his daughter up from her sleep, and they caught the next flight out of the country in fear of Yelan's mother filing a police report on her kidnapping. They immigrated first to Spain. Spending several years there before then deciding to immigrate across the other side to Italy. By the time Yelan ended up in high school, she already knew three languages. French, Spanish, and Italian, due to how much traveling she was forced to endure because of her mother's pursuit of her father and what she believed was her half of his fortune. Yelan spent most of her high school years in Italy. Until one day, during the summer before her senior year, her family got a knock on the door. Once her father opened the door, he was informed he was immediately being taken under arrest for kidnapping. This was the last time she had seen her father. Giving him a tight hug before he told her he loved her. Yelan was immediately shipped right back to France to live with her mother. To say her mother was negligent and abusive was an understatement. Leaving Yelan to fend for herself for many days, all while she spent her father's wealth on substances. It was at this moment when Yelan realized it was officially up to her to make things right. She took what little was left of the money fate had granted her and her father, and fled. Catching up with some friends to forge some paperwork and IDs to flee to Japan. Trying to put as much distance between her and her mother as possible. Once landed, she spent the last of her funds attending Karakura High for her senior year. After graduating, she officially vowed to never settle for the worse things in life again. To take the gifts fate had given her and her father and form them into a reality. Taking part-time wage jobs anywhere she could to save up funds until she could eventually open a shop of her own, and this time, she would center it around the ideals of chance and fate that had once treated her and her father so well. Hoping to revive the same flame he had achieved in that casino the day he hit it big.

Personality
Due to the difficult circumstances of her upbringing, Yelan has what could often be described as a cold, sadistic personality. Obsessed with the ideals of fate, chance, and luck. Often taking risky behaviors that would be considered dangerous to the average person, using the logic of 'fate would stop me if it didn't want me doing it' to justify it. Yelan is also often considered rather distant, cold, and sadistic by others. Often making it hard for her to open up to others and form lasting friendships. However, she's not all bad. Yelan does have redeeming qualities in the belief of doing the right thing, taking care of those around her, and stepping up for those in need. Yelan does care for others and has a drive to form lasting relationships, even if she doesn't know how to show it. All in all, she may be cold and stern sometimes, but in the end she does care; she just doesn't fully know how to show it in the healthiest way.

Appearance
1787836245378.png

Yelan is a girl standing at roughly five foot one tall and being rather small in stature due to stunted growth from malnourishment in her youth. Not only is she short, but she's proportionally small as well, with a weight along the lines of 95 lbs. She has crystal white hair with accents of blue that extends down her back and amber golden yellow eyes that look as if they're reflecting the sun itself when she walks by. Yelan herself is rather well-kept physically and attractively. Often taking opportunities to work out and hit the gym to keep her hourglass figure and keep her facial features appropriately pretty to match. Yelan is often described as the snow tigress, partly due to her attractive looks and snow-white hair, and partly due to her often rude and unapproachable nature she upholds.

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
When you come to Daivie-Destin, the ultimate goal is to form lifelong memories and place your troubles in the hands of fate. Because of this, Daivie-Destin is meant to take the term 'gachapon' to the next level. Featuring a mix of traditional arcade with that of your traditional casino games. Examples include Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Craps, Slots, etc. Upon entering, patrons are given the opportunity to purchase tokens to play the casino-based games scattered around the shop that are attended to by professionally trained dealers. That way, players can ensure no foul play is involved. Upon entering, players will bet their tokens in each of the casino games, and depending on their winnings at the end of the day, they can take them over to the prize counter and pick out a prize in exchange for tokens. Alternatively, the option to buy the prizes for yen is available to the customer as well.
That's not all, Daivie-Destin also features catchy music often times played by live bands or artists, as well as an aesthetic based straight out of an American Casino from the 1960s. To add, a bar is also available to customers, featuring food and drink to help ensure that any one person's needs are satisfied here at Daivie-Destin.
I do want to stress that tokens won are only exchangeable for prizes. They are not exchangeable for real currency. Daivie-Destin will function much like a normal arcade, but with casino-based games instead of kids' games. Due to this, Daivie-Destin's target audience is that of a mature demographic, but those younger are not forbidden from entry. The only caveat being that IDs are checked when purchasing alcohol at the bar.
All in all, Daivie-Destin is meant to provide a one-of-a-kind experience with a fun environment mixed with good quality entertainment and food. All together, Daivie-Destin's main goal is to allow deep-rooted and natural RP interactions to blossom within.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
What will you sell in your shop?:
Prize Counter
I had this unique idea to reach out to other shops and partner with them to feature some of their items in the prize counter. That way, stock is rotated often and provides a sort of 'limited' feel to the items present during each opening. Adding an incentive to keep customers coming back while also supporting other player-run shops. Because of this, my ideal prize-counter stock list will be long. Not all of the items listed below will be featured at the same time; instead, they will be rotated out depending on the day and opening.

Describe the overall theming and aesthetic of your shop:
The overall theme of Daivie-Destin is meant to look like a casino right out of the 1960s in Vegas. Right when you walk in, the first thing you'll notice is the live music playing across the entire building as a band serenades your ears with sweet melodies, meant to deliver a feeling of comfort and joy while you spend time with your family. After that, you notice the fresh, sweet aroma of fruit and candy filling your nostrils as you stare across the building. Taking in the colors of black, white, red, and gold plastered throughout, with accents of blue and green. On the walls, you see many different intricate designs of poker chips, playing cards, and dice. Looking around the room, you'll notice a line of game tables featuring games of roulette, blackjack, and craps, as slot machines stand in between each individual game table, offering dings upon each roll that is landed upon. In the very center of the building, you'll see a poker game currently going on as the dealer attentively goes around to each player to ask their bets before flipping the cards in the center. Causing many of the patrons present at the table to cheer in excitement. In the very corner of the building, you spot a bar with a bartender cleaning a glass as a wall of bottles stands high behind him, with a slit in the back of the wall providing a window to the kitchen, where smells of all kinds of delicious and luxurious smells replace the fruity aroma. Causing your stomach to rumble. On the other side, you spot a prize counter featuring a wall stacked with toys, plushies, instruments, electronics, and so on. By each item are two prices listed. One for tokens and one for yen.
Daivie-Destin is meant to really feed into that gambler casino aesthetic while also offering a family-friendly environment to those inside. Think of it like an arcade, but the game machines are casino games. Prizes are offered based on how many tokens you win, and food is offered to really bring the entire experience together.

Exterior Design Elements
The Exterior of the building is meant to achieve the illusion of entering a grand theater. A large sign hangs out front listing the band playing as well as what events are being hosted tonight. In the walkway leading up to the door, a red carpet dawns the entrance, offering a symbol of luxury upon entering. In each of the windows upon the entrance, red and black playing card suits dot them, featuring a club, heart, spade, and diamond. The number seven seven seven is plastered in one window, while a stack of poker chips is shown in another. The exterior would feature much of the same colors as the interior. The main building is black, as neon red, green, gold, and white all shine down below, signaling you to enter.

Interior Design Elements
Upon entering, the first thing you'll notice is the red carpet extends all the way down to the front counter. Here, the attendant will allow patrons to purchase tokens and will hand each patron a book showing how many tokens they have. Once directed further into the building, patrons are then free to start attending the row of games situated around the store. Each one features a green carpeted table and a dealer. Nice hardwood floors stand below them, as a dark ceiling accented with soft lighting hangs above. A stage is featured in the very center against the back wall, with a bar on the other side of the room near the prize counter. All kinds of gambler design elements are presented throughout the interior, with symbols of clubs, spades, hearts, and diamonds scattered throughout. Complimented with accents of the lucky number seven, and poker chips or even just the playing cards themselves.

Music
Often times the shop's music will consist of performances by live bands to better feed into the 60s themed aesthetic, but if live performances are unavailable then shop music will consist of music from famous singers and bands pertaining to the 1960s to 1950s era.
Including, but not limited to:
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈

Game Loop
The main draw of Daivie-Destin is the games. Upon first entering, patrons will walk up to the counter and be greeted by the front desk attendant. Here, they will decide how many tokens they would wish to purchase. Upon purchasing their tokens, they are handed a signed notebook featuring that amount. Next, they will enter the main building and attend one of the games. Here, the dealer will take their signed books and ask how much each person would like to bet. Upon winning or losing said tokens and leaving the table, the dealer will hand them a new signed book with their new amount, discarding the old book. Once they are finished playing, they will attend the prize counter if they wish, where an attendant will take their token books and allow them to purchase prizes with said tokens. If they do not wish to use tokens, they can also purchase said prizes with regular yen as well. After all transactions are completed, the attendant will hand them a new signed book with their final total of tokens for the day, which they are free to leave the building with and return another day, allowing patrons to save up or store tokens for high-ticket prizes if they wish to do so.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
What events will your shop have?:
Due to the nature of the shop, several events will be featured quite frequently in order to bring in new customers and keep customers returning. Turning Daivie-Destin into a go-to social hangout spot. These events would happen roughly once an opening to every other opening to ensure consistent variety upon visits. These events will be planned months in advance and will allow for employees to sign up for specific events they would want to work, as well as keeping customers up to date on what event is happening when in the Discord. These events will consist of special high-stakes game nights, professional tournaments, the featuring of local bands, as well as featuring specific prizes in collaboration with specific shops and specialty menu items.

Live Music
About once every opening or every other opening a live band is going to perform to try and continue to uphold that premium experience that Daivie-Destin is striving to achieve. During these events, the focus of the night is placed upon the performers playing. Patrons are still free to continue their usual partaking of the games, but are encouraged by staff and advertising to direct their attention to the music while they play.

Before these events, a manager or I will reach out to a local band and attempt to set up a show they would be interested in performing. Curating the music and dress code, as well as determine whether they best fit the overall aesthetic of the shop or not. This allows the opportunity to offer exposure to the bands as well as offering the opportunity for patrons to discover new tastes they may not have had before.

High-Roller Night
This event will happen roughly once a month; during this event, all of the games are listed as high-stakes. The odds are lower, but the payout is much higher. This allows players to chase the rush of potentially hitting it big on a game. This would allow the shop to generate additional revenue while also allowing patrons a bigger opportunity of getting the exact prize or prizes they'd like at the risk of potentially losing more tokens.

During this event, dealers are instructed to increase their winning multiplier, raise their entry bet, and to roll more difficult odds. Each dealer will be trained on how to do all of this, and patrons are encouraged to try specific games depending on what has been frequently winning and what hasn't.

Tournaments
This event will also happen roughly once a month, during which dedicated recurring guests will register beforehand, be screened, and then be added to the tournament for the selected game. This will feature the usual games but on a much larger scale. Meaning a much bigger potential payout but against more experienced players of the game. These tournaments will be the main focus of the night. Allowing not only the players the opportunity to hit a jackpot, but also patrons the opportunity to spectate what is considered the pros.

When this event is first planned, a sign-up sheet will be placed in the Discord in which players will be able to sign up. Answering a series of questions based on who they are and will be tested on their ability and knowledge of the game. During the night of the event, the tournament itself will be held on the stage, where all the players will partake in playing a competitive game or a game that has been modified to be competitive. A manager will curate this game to ensure no foul play and that the event is fair to all players involved. At the end of the event, the victor is given a special reward of either a prize of their choice from the prize counter or a certain number of tokens.

◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
How many employees do you plan to have?:
Owner [1/1]
IAmYourTalion/Yelan Osbourne
As the owner of Daivie-Destin, I naturally have a large number of responsibilities to cover. These responsibilities are essential to a smooth business model and successful growth in the market. These responsibilities consist of managing stock of all the products we sell, managing the actual business when opening, managing scheduling, as well as managing hiring, running events and coordinating with those involved, training staff, managing incoming profits and outgoing expenses, and so much more. This is a lot of responsibility to hold, but I know I can handle it.

Manager [0/2]
Directly under the owner of the business will be the managers. These managers are the longest-running and most trusted employees on our roster. The responsibilities of this role are very similar to the owner's, just with a little bit less responsibility. Managers will help run events within the shop as well as manage overall employees. Including things such as helping with scheduling and hiring. They'll also help set up the shop as necessary and critique the stock, as well as reach out to those necessary for events. Eventually, managers who are trusted enough and trained enough will be allowed to perform openings on their own as well.

Cashiers [0/10]
Cashiers are our second most important role at Daivie-Destin. Cashiers are the ones that customers will greet when entering the building, when going to order food, and who they'll wave goodbye to after they're finished with the prize counter. The roles of a cashier within Daivie-Destin consist of front desk attendant, bartender, and prize counter attendant. Because of this, it is necessary to have people who are qualified, friendly, and exhibit great customer service to everyone they come across. Showing a bit of personality to every patron in the store and be ready to assist where necessary. Cashiers will be hired through an application, then trained by the owner or a manager before their shift to ensure the quality of the overall experience originating in Daivie-Destin is maintained.

Dealers [0/15]
Along with cashiers, the most popular role within the shop will be that of dealers. Dealers are responsible for monitoring and running each of the games within the shop as well as ensuring the customers' needs are attended to. Along with encouraging customers to bet more on their rolls to allow for potential profits to be generated. Dealers are specially chosen and trained in their position and are given very specific instructions on how to operate the game they're assigned to for that specific shift. Dealers are hired and trained the same way cashiers are, through applications and training. Dealers will typically earn more than cashiers due to the nature of the position. Becoming a dealer is harder but also allows a greater paycheck at the end of the day.

Security [0/4]
Security is an important role required to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment is present at all times in Daivie-Destin. The responsibilities of security will be to monitor guests and ensure everyone is following the code of conduct, as well as break up any fights that occur and handle any bad actors and undesirables. Those hired by security are meant to be tough, well-trained employees who are strong in conflict resolution. I would like to have at least 2 security present at every shift, but if that's not possible, then at the very minimum, one will be present during every opening. That way, not only do other employees have peace of mind that they're safe and nothing will go wrong, but the customers do as well.

What is your hiring process?:
All of our employees, besides managers, are hired directly through applications. When I am ready to hire new employees, I will prepare the applications ahead of time and then be sure to post them directly on the SRP site and Discord Server, and inform those present on the server via an advert during the busiest times of the server, this being typically a weekend during the day. This advert will contain the message that Daivie-Destin is hiring. If patrons are interested, please feel free to head over to the building of Daivie-Destin itself and pick up an application form. After applications are filled out and closed off, the managers and I will go over any and all applications and ensure we pick out the most qualified and best-suited actors for the position we're hiring for. Once these individuals are selected, a training session will be hosted by one of the managers or I to get the new hires up to speed on how their position works within the shop, going over where everything is, running simulated situations to get them better suited in their role, and ultimately to coach them and answer any questions they may have. The ultimate goal of our hiring process is to ensure that everyone hired is perfectly qualified to perform the duties of their position and that no one is left hanging or doesn't feel ready.

What are your employee uniforms?:
Our employee uniforms are specifically meant to match the overall aesthetic of Daivie-Destin. Due to the nature of this, formal wear is required of all employees. Our uniforms will consist of white button-ups, ties, vests, suit jackets, slacks, skirts, dress shoes, and any other clothing that best suits this overall aesthetic.
Below are the proposed uniform concepts for each position.

Describe your rules of conduct you expect to be upheld in your shop:
Daivie-Destin will feature rules that are mostly common sense but with a few special rules in order to ensure the environment stays family friendly and that everyone is having a good time.
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈
1. Be respectful to all other patrons and staff. Disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. No Weapons or fighting of any kind is allowed on or around the premises of Daivie-Destin. If conflict starts to arise, customers will be asked by security to break it up immediately. If this isn't followed, then they will be escorted out without a refund. If the problem persists beyond that, then KPD will be called to handle the situation further.
3. There are no masks of any kind allowed within Daivie-Destin. The sole exception of this being reasonable health and religious reasons.
4. Tokens are not exchangeable back into Yen or other currency. This is to prevent Daivie-Destin from actually becoming a real gambling based casino.
5. All sales of any kind are final. Tokens, prizes, food, etc. This means no refunds, trades, or bartering.
6. Excessive drinking and substance abuse is not allowed within Daivie-Destin. If a bartender or other employee determines you're cut off, then that means no more drinks. If an employee determines you're too inebriated, you will be asked to leave the shop without warning.
7. The sale of alcohol is only permitted to those of legal drinking age. IDs will be checked for ALL alcohol sales conducted.
8. Theft of any kind will not be tolerated. If you are determined to be committing theft of anything owned by Daivie-Destin and its employees, KPD will be notified immediately and provided CCTV footage of the act.
9. Cheating of any kind is not permitted. If you are caught cheating in the games, you will be escorted out and potentially banned depending upon severity.
10. Any token books not signed by a current Daivie-Destin employee will not be honored. If you have any issues, speak to a manager or the shop owner.
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈
1. Be respectful and provide your best customer service to each and every person within Daivie-Destin. Any disrespect of anyone will not be tolerated.
2. Do not to attend or serve anyone wearing a mask, displaying violence, or is publicly inebriated. If further problems arise, notify security or a manager.
3. Theft of any kind will not be tolerated. If you are caught committing theft, you will be fired immediately and banned from Daivie-Destin going forward. KPD will be notified of your offense as well.
4. As a bartender, do not serve alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age. Always check IDs no matter how old the customer looks. If a customer has issues with this, tell them it's store policy.
5. Any inebriation of any kind during your shift will not be tolerated and you will be reprimanded, up to being fired depending on severity.
6. Be honest to management and all customers within Daivie-Destin. If a customer is on a hot streak, do not lie about their number or tweak their odds unless specifically instructed to. If approached by management regarding an issue, answer all questions and perform all duties with integrity.
7. Keep track of all transactions and bets performed, then log all of these with appropriate screenshots in the official employee log at the end of your shift. (Discord)
8. There is a designated purchasing limit of all items in the store. This will be communicated before the shift and is to ensure that there's enough stock for all customers present.
9. If you'd like to partake in any of Daivie-Destin's goods, do so after your shift is over as to not disrupt and confuse during the opening. If you'd like to purchase any goods outside of an opening, direct your inquiry to me directly and I'll set up a time where we can perform the necessary transaction.
◈◆◈◆◈◆◈◆◈

Misconduct of these rules will result in logged warnings, up to being fired and banned from the shop all together if necessary.
