The bringing of Hostels, first off let me start with the meaning of a hostel

Hostels are popular in Japanese cities, on the lower parts of it of course. Considering that there are multiple gangs, or rather, were multiple gangs. It'd be better and more realistic if there were a modest approach such as the bringing of hostels.

In other for there to be a proper hostel, there would be buildings in which these students or past students can reside in.

It would be up to the police and such to find or discover these hideouts, where the police can choose to fully expel such students or force them back into school.

The hostel would have ranks:
DADDY- The leader of the hostel, they usually want to establish their dominance.
MUMMY- The female leader of the hostel, makes the big decision
UNCLE- The secondary male, they'd usually organize hideouts and take care of the children.
CHILDREN- The people who don't have any specific jobs in the hostel, it is up to the daddy to decide on what they do.

HOW IT WOULD WORK:
The students would be more or less delinquents if they were to actually attend the school. They would be caught mugging or begging for food. They would have a hideout that they run to whenever it seems to be school time. They would have a [H] rank right before their tag so staff knows that they shouldn't teleport them when it's the time for that.

HOW MANY PEOPLE/ WHO WOULD BE INVOLVED:
There would only be a total of 8 people to participate in this, they must be good role players and someone who's willing to take risks. The people who would be involved is the police, SLT, and the victims, the whole server is allowed to input themselves or involve themselves in it. However it doesn't ensure their character's safety.

HOW WOULD IT BE KNOWN:
There would be news reports of runaway students and who the citizens of karakura should try to avoid.

HOW FAR ARE THEY ALLOWED TO GO REGARDING CRIMES?:
They can go as far as they want to, as long as it doesn't go to a sensitive topic. They are allowed to kill, but only during desperate measures.

IT'S SCHOOLRP NOT CITYRP!:
I am fully aware of that fact, this would enable people to search the town more in hopes to run across these people. It does relate to schoolrp because it shows the bad side of japanese schools, the runaways. The people who couldn't catch up to others.

WHAT IS THEIR REASON?:
Their reason can be whatever they want it to be, it can be..

-Trying to surpass expectations.
-Worry of burdening others
-Afraid of being in school or at home
-Wanting to get out of the system
-Couldn't catch up to other students.

Certainly interesting however this detracts from SchoolRP further then the other faction roles already do. The server already has a massive problem with having productive RP sessions in school and this would just make the situation worse.

Right. I do understand your point, however if you were to simplify what I wrote out, it'd just be students who don't attend the school. 8, if I may add. This would be a nice job for police officers to handle when school time is currently running, adding to the fact that there isn't anything to do after school, having a bit of a hunt and lookout for these students would be a good use of the time, after school of course.

Do you mean the students who are expelled and/or suspended? Students are requested to go to school by default, and pointed out if not. Sam also had a good point, Roleplay sessions as a whole are having trouble being productive unless you run into a group of individuals who have the time, or want to roleplay fully. Even then half of the people still continue to run around, just chatting about their daily lives or issues.

I feel like this is more of a community feedback for people to read through the server rather than something staff put into place, since it looks like another player based thing. The concepts cool though, especially given the nature of SRP families.

Do you mean the students who are expelled and/or suspended? Students are requested to go to school by default, and pointed out if not. Even if done the Students that go to school outweigh the students who don't. The only other way I see it could be put into effect is if school wasn't a forced on thing, or it was taken into place after school. It's a nice idea, I possibly could be missing the whole point.

These 8 people can be a group where other players are trying to look for, perhaps there can be a prize of 350,000 on bringing them to the station, as it isn't legal for minors to go on without an adult.

I mean, it could go on for a week or so on. Considering that there can be a lot of depth in a topic like this, and the way it can be expanded fully depends on the players.
