History of the first Official Karakura Police Department Club; The Bouncil.
Long ago, male officers of the Karakura Police Department suffered many stresses of the job they took part in without emotional outcome to express through. One day Malachi L. Moralez felt very stressed about his on-going love life so he sought out help from his best friend; Sean Gray. Malachi and Sean Gray went to what would be known as the first Bouncil location; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ From there, they both gave each other advice about relationships and any other topics that arose in Spanish, as it was the most comfortable language they felt talking to each other in since not many officers knew it. As time passed on, more and more meetings were called for numerous reasons such as relationship problems, on-duty problems, or just personal health and from there it became an official club for male officers to talk. As time began to pass, the Bouncil slowly started to invite more and more officers. From there is when the Bouncil took off.

What is The Bouncil?
The Bouncil is a group of ‘The Boys’ who meet in secret common locations that talk about certain problems that might arise in their lives. These meetings are called at random and are often about topics that certain members need advice on. The purpose of The Bouncil is to give needed advice to these officers and to feel like talking in a safe environment; also just the personal fact that hospital staff scares them.
The Rules of The Bouncil
1. Don’t talk about Bouncil
2. Spanish is the only language allowed in Bouncil; Translations are allowed
3. Whatever happens in Bouncil, stays in Bouncil.
4. Don’t bring anything said in Bouncil to Hospital-Staff (Excluding Mariana)
5. Always support another member
6. Don’t ask to join Bouncil; Bouncil chooses you

The Activities of The Bouncil
Some activities that The Bouncil does includes, talking about their feelings or events that happened, asking for advice, and more. Sometimes snacks are shared among The Bouncil, such as cookies, cake, juice, and any other food that officers can find in the food lounge.
