how to fix resource pack

i tried everything to fix this, i ran 1.13.2 at least once then got optifine for 1.13.2 and tried joining but wont work. i also tried the server resource packs on enabled and prompt but wont just work. anybody can help?

that’s weird, try using a client, such as badlion, it might help idk. also check how much ram that is dedicated to minecraft, other than that i’m not sure
