WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Private the Ban Requests, if people can see they're getting reported then it could make them even more pissy in game. (I'm not sure if they're privated I'm assuming they aren't because you can still see publicly)

I believe you can just contact the staff member who banned you in DMs on Discord, but for one, some people may not have Discord or the staff member will not reply. I 100% agree on this.

He's talking about ban request not appeal. Also it's quite recommended that one does have discord as well as a forum account for many reasons including this. Most have discord so thats not a issue although I do agree with some staff might not answer. Your best bet is;
- Ban Request
- /help
- Countable staff dm's
