So a gang i oversee.was recently put on the gang roster but were getting more bystanders than actual applicants so whats the best way to advertise it ICLY or OOCLY idfk I'm dumb plz help. (btw R.I.P to unforgiven and.demeji they took some FAT Ls)

UNFORGIVEN unfortunately disbanded today, or like yesterday. It was a very cool and powerful gang made by Pros and I inspired at some point to join them. It's sad seeing UNFORGIVEN disbanding.
