user permission for apartments

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
Basically I'm suggesting that when we're adding user to our apartments we have the option give them build permissions or not because we'll be able to edit our own rooms and other stuff in the apartment with the owners permission ofcourse and honestly you couldn't complain about griefers because you're only adding people you trust into your apt and you could also remove it back like an allow/Don't allow button this could make plenty of small player based businesses like apartment rentals and such and overall just a really useful addition

can we also have a command where we can take rent days off and the money can go back into our account? Because I lagged right as I pressed my apartment and now I have 330 days on it. b r u h

+1 Not sure why this has not already been implemented. Honestly, it should have been thought of the moment Apartments was announced alongside the option to reduce payment.
