Spongebob..

bc of that he's a sponge so he has holes on his nose and it's working like recorder I guess.
 
It's because he's a square, and his nose is round which stands out so it gives him a unique sound to his nose! his feet is also round which still applies, because it makes weird sounds as well. You may ask what about his arms and legs, well they are a bit different, instead of making weird sounds they are just weirdly skinny, like a stupid amount. The only non law breaking parts of Spongebob his his body which is square!
 
Makes sense, makes sense. Wait yeah why is he called spongebob SQUAREpants, if only a certain part of him is sqaure- more questions that need answers
