How do i write a book for the library?

I was told that there would be no knew books in the library unless a student or school staff wrote a book. I want to write a book for the library, but I don't know how. Do i write my story in a notebook and give it to a librarian or something? somebody please tell me! :) <3

I recommends to write the book in google doc for example or whatever, and then DM KimiNoUso(The principal) about that u want to write a book to the library
