Hey there! just wanted to say that i've finally regained the sleeping pattern that i needed, mostly by being less active on SchoolRP. If you experience(d) the same thing that I had experienced, just take less hours off from your computer, simple as. RP can take time to do and that is why you might find yourself wanting to do more hours than suggested, which is the general response! It's something fun, so let's do more of it! Anyway, roleplay takes time and so try your best to break up a situation you're in, via leaving or completing a character's current objective. Eitherway, these hours away from your devices, can be dreadful, but: life is fun. Go out and do things you haven't done, cause your childhood could be over really soon and you don't want to miss out on things that you really just cannot do at an olde(r) age. That's just my advice anyway. Bye.

I would go out and do stuff but. There's nothing to do as it's about to become winter and I'm broke ;sob;
ask your parents to go watch something at the theatre or cinemas. I haven't watched a film in ages so it's something I plan to do in the next week or so!

Sleep Loss can be really quick trap to fall into and you don't really notice your in it until it's hard to fix, this is a harder problem for people outside of England and America timezones, so for those players in particular - try harder to play within your own timezone, you don't need to try and make up for having a bad timezone.

Aw, no. Try and do other things like read maybe! Keep your brain active with other things. Try and read until you find this book that you've really liked reading and go ahead and read books published by the same author! I've done that with authors such as Michael Morpurgo. He's definitely someone who has inspired me in terms of literature and reading his books helps fuel my vocabulary. It's awesome.

As someone representing the U.K, trying to roleplay at peak times are hard, especially when civil time retracts from BST (1h ahead) to GMT (1h before). Despite this, finding experienced roleplayers in the English timezone isn't a hard thing to do. By simply either viewing the forums in search of UK-located people or asking new friends their timezone, you'll find that it's easier to create events/organisations and even communities related to SRP help. Say for example, me and a friend have created, for example, an organisation such as Tokyo-3 (street-racing). If we hosted a car meet at a time such as 7pm, on a day in which we have school the next day, the time would be more convenient for me as I would have time to obtain 8 hours of sleep. This is why being creative in terms of SRP-related organisations can lead to making convenience when it comes to getting the suggested amount of sleep. This is just some handy advice for people with sketchy time-zones and I don't expect those sorts of people to follow my advice, but it can definitely benefit you in the long run.
