A 5'9 tall, attractive female with frizzy, afro-like blonde hair in a low ponytail, with a strong French accent.
She'd generally be seen with a ring on both hands with a bandaid on her right hand.

Personality:
At first, Uecchi may seem cold and distant. She may seem like she doesn't really like you that much, however, if you trusts you enough to warm up to you a bit,
she's a very sweet person. She has a good sense of humor, quite fashionable, it seems to be abundantly clear she's a genuinely lovely person to be around. She doesn't like it when anyone disrespects herself and/or her friends, and will defend them or herself if she sees fit.

Playing the guitar, singing (usually she'll be seen singing whilst playing the guitar, it would be unsual for her to be doing either without the other.),
sewing, track running, hanging around with people, working out - occasionally she'll go to the gym.
She secretly really likes reading, but she doesn't tell anyone that in fear of humiliation.

She has a fair few scars. She did have a drinking problem at one point when her depression was serious and she didn't seek help with it,
but she seems to have overcome it somehow.
