Yea so I’m on phone and I typed schoolrp as the name and mc.roleplayhub.com as the IP address and it says unable to connect to world.
srp is only for java
Bedrock which refers to windows 10, console, and mobile is currently in 1.19. The spigot used to allow players to run bedrock on java servers is currently on 1.18, they would have to update the server to 1.19 and seeing how bad they messed up the server with a simple phone update it would take years for them to fix a total spigot change and update.

Without a plugin, there's no way a Bedrock player can join a Java server and the other way around even if the version numbers are the same.
I am curious what you are referring to about the phones plugin though
