A (Dead) older sister named Nao Yoshida and a twin sister named Yuki Yoshida. (Parents left them when the twins were born and disappeared, basically making them orphans. They also had two very close (dead) friends, Miko and Kazuo, that were basically family to them.)
Backstory:

When Yuri was born alongside her twin sister, Yuki, all she knew was her older sister, Nao, and her best friends Miko and Kazuo, all five were orphans. Yuki and Yuri went to a school for orphans which was free and was a 20 minute walk from their home, Yuri was always happy and exited about a new day in her life, some would say she was like a spark of joy running around even without parents. Miko and Yuri especially just clicked, and would have been together forever, people would say that they'd probably get married and grow old together, but one day when the twins were having a normal walk home from school things took a turn for the worst. When they came back there was a police investigation was happening at their little cabin. They asked the officers what was going on and the police just told them to stay away from the situation and that kids shouldn't be around there, but Yuri would not have it. "Yuki, c'mon! We can't let people push us around like this! We are totes' getting to the bottom of it!!", said Yuri, who grabbed her twin sisters hand and started to chase after the officer. She eventually got close enough and let go of Yuki, leaping at the officer. "Hey! This is where me and my sister- and my other sister- and my best friends live! Let us in you big meanie!!!", she screamed! The officer looked down at Yuri who was clinged to his arm, and had an, "Oh no.." look on his face. Yuri would not wait for a response, she took off with Yuki running into the caution tape and into her home with her sister, opening the cabin door and telling her family that they were home, just to be met with three corpses. After that Yuki sobbed uncontrollably, but Yuki didn't cry one bit, she just looked at her, "Family" in disbelief. After that day, Yuki would say that she never saw her cry again or express much other emotions at all. The twins were sent to an orphanage that seemed nice and normal but if no one was around they'd make the kids to chores and abuse them if they didn't. They often cut the kids and didn't even call them by their real names, Yuri was named "Obligation". After years at the orphanage the girls turned 14 and planned their escape together. They ran away at night never to see the place again, contacted police, and found a way to Karakura. Now Yuri lives in Karakura but doesn't show much emotion and doesn't feel the need to have relationships of any kind. She is only after success.
